Absolutely fantastic experience!! The team made everything so seamless and stress free. I've used Two Men and a Truck several times and have always had a great experience but this was definitely the best so far. They went above and beyond, very thorough and I appreciate how easy they made it. Will definitely use again for future moves and recommend for anyone looking for excellent service.

Lucas & Blase facilitated our move from a three bedroom property to another. They were punctual, professional and moved all our belongings & furniture with care. Nothing was damaged. They were courteous and they were also fantastic with my parrot. Would highly recommend. Thank you so much guys.

Wander and Vitor were absolutely fantastic. They were diligent and respectful and took great care with not only the logistics of the move ie. furniture and loading/unloading the truck, also their manner towards the clients was to be commended. They conducted themselves professionally, with safety and care. Truly remarkable individuals who are an asset to the business.

Efficient, good and clear communication. Pleasant, respectful and delightful guys.

Mostly everything was delivered in good condition.
We were disappointed in a few things. We expected the movers to arrive at 8:30-9:00, but they were running late. This is not a big issue, they gave notice and were only 30 minutes late at 9:30.
The staff started taking things not on our moving list- we only asked for big furniture items, but they took all of our boxes we planned to bring separately. We told them a few times we would take those items and they continued to pack most of the boxes until we firmly asked them to stop for the last ones. This would not be a problem however, it added a lot of time to the move that we didn't have extra money to spend. Further, the loading time took a lot longer than we expected for the items we did want moved, because one gentleman was taking phone calls and the other could not move many of the items alone.
During the move to our new residence, they took time investigating the property we were moving into out of interest and one gentleman stopped to admire, discuss and take pictures of our brothers Ute.
When one of our high quality cat towers was broken during the move, my husband pointed this out and asked the men to document this for the insurance. Instead of doing this, they argued with him, saying that because the item isn't made of metal it is going to "wobble". The cat tower has significant structural damage beyond basic material faults. My husband felt he was not being taken seriously and being intimidated out of filing a claim for the damages of this item, so he stopped discussing the issue.

This was very disappointing because we had very high hopes for this business and we are experiencing financial stress, hence the move. We felt they were taking more time than necessary to build up our bill.

Otherwise, the men were polite and most other items were delivered undamaged.

Overall good very helpful and timely with a focus on the big items. Which kept the cost down as it was only 3 hours. Smaller boxes could have been addressed with some space left in the truck which caused us extra car trips.
