Very expensive. Terrible service. Says you can provide comments/feedback and satisfaction guarantee but I asked for one change and they charged me and said I didn't provide those instructions initially, there will be no way for you to anticipate everything you want before seeing a draft. Separately given how long it was taking I wanted to cancel canvas print as it wouldn't get there in time and they refused to allow and said "already sent to printers" before I had even seen one version of the photo. Find another company to do the same thing or use AI.

i absolutely loved how my posters came out. they look just like how i would imagine. the customer service if u need changes or just wanna get something else is really great. they are detailed with their reply’s and very helpful. just make sure to take ur time when ordering and be as descriptive as possible of what u want in ur pictures. They will redraw for free if u don’t like it. all around very cute idea and very satisfied.

I have written about this company very concern how there is no phone number to talk directly with some one. My item is being shipped from Texas. The website shows different. You can buy the data image at a lot less cost on Etsy. Then have it produced on paper or canvas at a lot less cost $11.00 for the copy. I have paid over $200 and still no delivery. Which advertises fast turn around. An error was made with a second order that I thought was a correction with the first. I have asked constantly to cancel and get a computer response. I have been in touch with my Credit Card company and they will be filling a claim against them. The second cost over $300. There was no discount even added to this which was advertised.2025 on line shopping is stopping. It’s becoming more of a scam and there is no monitoring who you are dealing with. Advice go to Etsy and get a copy a lot less cost and find a company who will print for you. Buyer beware!

Don’t order from them. They never sent me my portrait. They respond with automated answers. I never heard back from them. I placed my order on 11/29 and still haven’t received my item. They delete comments when people ask about their orders. Never do business with them again!

Just found out they’re based in the Philippines so good luck with that lol. This is an overall scam. They run promo codes year round to gain customers and never send your stuff. I’ve message the owner on Facebook and she’s not replying. Don’t order from them, they are based outside the country and just looking to take people’s money. FRAUD!

Very satisfied with the experience and product. The gift recipients were THRILLED with it! The instructions and pricing were VERY clear that the base price is for a digital copy only and you can add more physical products if you like or have the digital art printed yourself elsewhere. I ordered a mug and it turned out great! Yes, it is a little investment especially if you want a custom background or many people in the photo, but I found it worth it. Being AS CLEAR AS POSSIBLE about what you want each character to look like and what they should be wearing, or facial hair, etc in your initial order is so helpful and I found the editing request process super easy. I do recommend Turned Yellow, but you've got to participate in the process and read the intake process/pricing. Happy Customer

Their customer service and communication is excellent. They patiently made any changes I requested and did it quickly. Answered all of my questions. Love the finished product.

The end product is great. It looks like us and the print job is high quality. I found the ordering process confusing. After I paid for the order I found out that it didn't include actually printing the product I choose. It's also a strange size so you can't print at shutterfly. I'm happy with the end result, but it ended up being very expensive.

Spent $80 for two canvases to only receive a digital copy absolutely refuse any kind of refunds they look like trash ask them like six times to change the photos never could even get that right but it doesn't even matter because I paid $80 for a digital copy that looks like complete garbage so if you like to get ripped off and waste your money this is the company for you I had to contact my credit card company to get my money back

Very deceptive advertising. Bought what I thought was canvas with couch background and shoulders up. When I was asked to pay more for what I was viewing in my cart I should have known. I asked when my canvas would arrive and was told it was digital only no actual product. My experience was total ripoff. Disappointing.

Ordered and paid one evening. i then realized I forgot to add my coupon code so I immediately emailed them asking if they could add that on or if I could cancel and reorder. They responded the first thing the next day only to tell me my order had already been sent to the artist and I could not cancel and reorder with the coupon code. What a ripoff. They could have very easily cancelled to allow me to use the discount. I paid over 200.00 for a small cartoon print. I will never use this company because of the lack of customer service. You may have made a buck or two off of me but now you will possibly lose future customers because of this. You could have easily made this right. Now you have lost a customer in me as well as anyone that I can tell my story too.

Turned Yellow was easy to work with and responsive to changes and special requests. Turnaround time was speedy and the finished product is so fun! Can’t wait to gift it!

The background was the wrong background I picked and the picture doesn’t look anything like the photo I sent.

Asking for a review without product delivery is strange. I hope the ordered artwork will arrive as promised - or a refund is issued. This “journey” hasn’t been a good one. Sorry

Bought this for a gift and didnt look anything like the people in my photo! I asked for it redone 3 seperate times with extremely minimal changes. It was so bad I looked into amother company that got it perfect one the first try. This company also doesnt provide a refund at all.

Fun, unique gift! Simple, engaging process with room for customization. I was able to ask for a quick edit. I have my son and two dogs in the picture. Love the streamlined service from Turned Yellow and I am excited to gift this to my son.
It’s hard to find gifts for a 13 year old, but this will be a big hit! Very positive experience and result.
