Paid far too much for three mugs; but artistry was worth it. Received the finished product today. I LOVE these mugs! Well worth it if you want something unique and fun.

I ordered and paid for two items of the same image — a 12x16 poster and a 12x16 canvass. They only shipped the poster. Contacted their chat bot today and they refuse to communicate with me because they believe the order is complete. I will have to dispute the charges with my credit card company. Terrible customer service. However, the image didn’t turn out great.

I bought this for my family for Christmas utilizing a photo I took on one of our vacations. It’s a great way to remember that trip. It makes me happy to look at the Turned Yellow version of the photo. The artists did a great job of cartoonizing the family and making changes I suggested. The turnaround time was amazingly fast. This will surely become a family heirloom!

Customer Service was great. Everyone I worked with was helpful and knowledgeable. The finished project looks great. I am very pleased.

I absolutely loved my canvas picture of my hubby, looks exactly like him only yellow. This is his Christmas present & he will be so surprised at the likeness. This is the most unique personal gift to give.

I was very excited to receive my husband's Turned Yellow poster in the mail today, but I was heartbroken when I saw that it came damaged. I wish the poster had been mailed flat instead of rolled. Whoever rolled it damaged multiple areas of the poster. For a piece that originally cost $460+, this is unacceptable. Three areas are scratched from where the poster was bent in the packaging and the top right is wrinkled. You'd expect for the cost it would be in perfect condition.

While I love the image, the fact it came damaged tainted the experience.

First of all, the customer service with Turned Yellow has been wonderful. Hats off to Gretta!
Second, the Turned Yellow team were more than accommodating with a couple of changes I requested.
Received my Turned Yellow canvas today. Made me laugh out loud! Photos vs. Turned Yellow canvas was spot on!

Nothing distinctive at all. Could be anybody, totally generic picture. A total waste of money.

I wish I would have checked here first. My order continues to increase in price.
I asked for 3 people and a pet. I was provided a proof of 4 people (2 of the same person) with no background, none of the specified requests.
They keep responding that I didn’t specify so now I’m being charged extra to change it to my original request. I asked to cancel and refund and they are refusing the refund. Nor will they provide me with the original request I made to show “I didn’t provide details”.

I made a mistake in my ordering of my background. I paid for the fix in the background and asked them to change the drawing to what I wanted. This was already a stretch financially for me but wanted something special for my sister. They then told me I would be charger per person to make the change. They also stated to add a few different pictures for the artist to get a feel for the family and the people in it. The artist seemed to only look at one picture and copy it - if I would have known that I would have added the second family picture first. When I asked them to please make changes to make it look more like the second family picture I was once again told I would be charged per character. I said no thank you as I already spent more than I could. The line on the website that they will make as many changes as needed to make you happy since you pay before you see the picture was not real in my experience. It seemed since the first correspondence this artist was not willing to work with me or do what the website says. What was supposed to be a fun experience to get my sister such a cool gift turned into a gross feeling where they were unwilling to work with me at all. Instead of getting a picture that was custom and captured each person they copied exactly one picture and refused to make changes unless I continued to pay more. This was going to be something I eventually got my entire family - I will never order from here again. I believe there are probably very cool people that are artists on this platform and I'm sure they do what the website says they do. Unfortunately the artist I had ruined this experience. The picture is not what I wanted and I couldn't even get a phone number to discuss it over the phone. All correspondence is on line messaging with days in between responses. I hope if you do this and spend the money you get what you wanted because I did not. And I even tipped the artist before I even saw what they could do. The tip is decided when you first pay - weird. Disappointed

I found it easy to upload a photo and select what I was after. There was a really quick turn around time and I absolutely LOVE the outcome! Great service!

Had a great experience with Turned Yellow, am a huge Simpsons fan and the custom work did not disappoint - the team is very responsive and turnaround time is fast. I actually worked with them twice as my family grew and we wanted to update the portrait. Excited to use these as Christmas cards and print out the canvas for the holidays!

I absolutely love my drawing. I got a shirt for my husband. I wanted to have him wearing an Oregon Ducks jersey and have his dog with one on too. The drawing was perfect! You would think they were "Simpsons" characters. This is a wonderful personal present for anyone who loved the show and appreciates the quality of design. You will be very happy with this company.

I submitted a few pictures of myself and my two children. I went through the website and looked through the different background options. I followed the instructions on the website and told them what I was looking for. I received a proof within a few days to approve. I order both the iPhone case and wall portrait. I have shown off both, to numerous friends and family, which have all said how much they love it and how awesome it looks. I am extremely pleased and happy with how this turned out. Everything was very easy to take care of, and I like it because it is unique and different as well. 😁🥰

I made a mistake when ordering and they quickly helped me straighten it out. I received my canvas today and love it!
