Ordered an image. I got the proof for approval. I could download it...but have yet to receive the actual print with background. No emails regarding when it will ship or anything. At this point I have paid $90 for an AI image I could have done myself. So far it seems like a total scam.

The canvas print came out amazing. My requested updates were made quickly and I was very happy with how quickly the final product arrived.

The turned yellow site was really easy to use and the result was great - I got my digital copy in just a few days and the printed version quickly also.
I had a picture done of my 3 bosses as a Christmas gift & they described it as a ‘classic’ & ‘brilliant’! & we’re arguing over who got to keep it when they retire! - I printed them all smaller copies too later to save the argument. Great gift that was really appreciated. Thanks

I love the artwork! Shipping sent me a confirmation of label printed on the 16th, still has not actually shipped over two weeks later. Wanted to give to my son a a Chrismas present.

My artwork was fine on the first try. Fun Christmas Present!

First attempt at artwork was 100% wrong. I gave a very specific description. I asked for 3 cars to be drawn and sent pics of the 3 cars… they only drew one. I sent a few pics of my husband and specifically asked for his glasses to be drawn in the pic. They weren’t. The pic actually looked nothing like him. He has a pretty pronounced long face. They drew a round face. He has a very intentional and obvious part in his hair. They slicked his hair straight back like a greaser from “Grease”. I asked for him to be wearing a suit and tie. They put him in some kind of jumpsuit. It’s almost like they never even read my comments. But all would have been fine, if they simply communicated better when I responded back with changes. Every response from the art team took several days and was completely misconstrued as if I had asked a different question. Only when I replied directly to customer service emails (instead of through the art team portal) did I get prompt responses. Nonetheless, I still didn’t get the completed artwork until 2 days after Christmas. In addition to the digital art, I had also ordered a canvas which would have taken another couple of days to get printed and shipped. I cancelled the canvas and they refunded it. But I tried to get a refund for the entire catastrophe. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift. I ordered the artwork so it could be printed and opened on Christmas morning. I ordered it nearly 2 weeks before Christmas and their ads said it would take 5-7 days. To be sure I got it in time, I paid $15 extra for their “rush option” so my artwork would be placed at “the front of the line”. Then I paid another $50 for expedited shipping for the canvas. But slow communication and the inability to honor my initial order specifications were ultimately the reason it didn’t get completed. So sad. Fun concept. Poorly executed. Even worse response since I didn’t get what I ordered and they won’t refund me. Scam.

The downloaded file was amazing quality; I ordered the mug and was disappointed to see how muted and hazy the picture on the mug came out. I contacted the company and they stated this happens when printing on mugs. I then had the image printed via S….fly on a new mug and the color was amazing. Good concept but company needs to work on their print shop quality.

Such a great & fun gift! The team is wonderful to work with & excellent communication back & forth. The turn around times on artwork, modifications, & shipping were amazing! Shipped on 12/20 & arrived in Ireland 12/22 🤩

The idea and uniqueness of the Turned Yellow product is great. Execution could use some work. Shipping is a disaster. Still waiting on my pic nearly two weeks after completion of artwork. Over promise, under deliver.
UPDATE: Three weeks in and still no photo. Unsatisfactory response from the company. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

Ordered this well in advance for Christmas. They had the artwork within 3 days which I approved within hours. The poster sat for 8 days before it was finally shipped out. The company kept saying it was the courier yet USPS said the shipping label was printed but didn’t have the item. I was not able to give as a gift for Christmas. I’ll never use this company again. For the price they make you pay, it’s not worth the pain of not being able to give in time. I wouldn’t trust them and prices are too high. Fina a better more respectful company.

Did not receive my canvas! No tracking info. No response from the company. Very disappointed.

The process was so easy and the team were responsive to the adjustments needed. It's such a fun present and spot on caricatures! The family will love being turned into Simpsons' characters as it's such a big part of their childhood. Thank you to the artists who took the time to make this an amazing Xmas gift!

Fantastic job! The resemblance is uncanny and I cannot wait for my sister and brother in law to open it Xmas day .they're huge Simpsons fans and will absolutely love this..it's great value for money and very easy and fast to use. Highly recommend!

Overall, the artist was horrible, and the kids don't even look like my kids. We tried several times to fix it and then asked for a refund, which they declined several times. This is not a good company, and I plan to report it to the BBB because they also make many false advertisements about pricing. DO NOT BUY!
