Had no internet for nearly two weeks and still no help from Trooli. Everytime I call they want me to just reset the router which makes no difference, got bored of same conversation so cancelled direct debit and binned their equipment 🙏🖕🖕

A lovely chap called Billy came to install my broadband. He was polite friendly and very efficient. He explained everything he was going to do and asked if I had any questions. Once it was all done I asked if he could connect it to the tv, he happily did this.

I spoke to Amy about renewal. She was helpful and friendly and quickly resolved the issues we discussed to enable a new contract. A pleasure as always to deal with your company

I spoke with George on the phone, and he was very clear , knowledgeable and friendly . It made the whole experience excellent.

Terrible customer experience when there is an outage / network issue. Our internet stopped working on Saturday , no comms all weekend and when you speak to them they promise it is in hand - it wasn’t as engineers don’t work weekends !!!
Minimal communication and nothing of value since Monday am - it’s now Wednesday and day 5 still not fixed and no idea when it will be .
Trooli terrible and not fit for purpose for those that work from home

Still no wifi and at the start of day 6 with no estimated time of fixing it from the company . They have been contacted many times but seems to make no difference to the speed of resolution !!

George was really helpful, full of knowledge and able to help me in a timely way.

So far so good not a bad word to say about this companie or staff. I hadnt heard of them and was suspicious of 2Gb symetric broadband. But wow...

Spoke to Kash on the phone, no hard sell just real people.

Within 24 hours of ordering a surevyor visited the property, and my router was delivered. My virgin was cut off right after trooli went live ... so zero down time.

The istaller Graeme was amazing, quick clean install. Super helpful, super nice guy. I would 100% reccomend them.

I want to share some important information about… Try to not book any holiday packages through tratoli… As i faced worst experience about this agency… I booked packages for Vietnam with family.. but my trip cancelled due to Middle East war and all
Airplane cancelled their flights… I am working in kuwait and from there i booked my travel package… My travel date was 26th March,2026 … I paid 696000INR out of package 80%…. Due to flight cancelled I processed for refund process through their staff (Sachin and Priyanka) both are commutated with me regarding my trip… Believe me till I am not getting a single penny refund from this agency… Radhika is manager of Sachin and Priyanka… I have worst experience with these staff of this company… They gave time today .. Tomorrow… next week.. now 5 month passed away till I am not getting my refund… So guys Not book any travel packages with Travel agencies….. share with ur friends and relatives by which they will aware before trip with this agency..

Trooli have been really great about me needing to move house. When they knew they could not give me a service in my new address they waived possible cancellation fees and just asked for 30 days notice. Ntombizonk was very helpful when I called to verify cancellation had gone through okay

George was really helpful with sign-up process and dealt with all of our queries quickly. Great service so far!

It’s been awful from the moment installed. No one helps when you try to contact..

I’ll be getting a new provider this week.

Trooli rubbish broadband.

George hodgson is the man, got me set up with a package and set up having the broadband installed within minutes. Easy switch from sky which had terrible broadband. They informed sky that im switching so i didnt have to do anything other than sit back and chill. Thanks again george 💪🏼

I’ve just moved house and wanted to reconnect - the efficiency and customer service has been great. I wasn’t waiting long at all to speak to someone. George was really friendly and efficient and managed to get me an installation slot booked in the same week. It really is top level customer service but just an overall a high level broadband service - speed and reliability. Highly recommended and has been the best provided I’ve experienced so far.

George was detailed in his information and a quick and easy 5 minute phone call and everything was done for my switch to Trooli - answered all my questions and was very helpful, cheers George

Great customer service as always from Trooli. Shadai help reduce my renewal fee to match competitors.
The fibre broadband is excellent and I really wanted to stay with Trooli - really pleased they are competitive.
