Was waiting on call for quite a long time but the lady that answered was very helpful and extremely polite. Solved my problem straight away

For WiFi speed and download etc very good never really had a problem

That said I gave notice of leaving them (moved abroad) gave well over a months notice
Line should have finished on the 7th of May
I’ve even returned the equipment… but no TROOLI have taken a payment when they shouldn’t have
I’m currently on hold and this is the 3rd call I have done
Please get this sorted

Had to call Trooli due to the money for my first bill not taken. After a short wait in a queue spoke to Sinenhlanhla. She was very pleasant and explained it was an issue withe the DD system that had now been corrected. She sent me a secure link to pay the outstanding amount. With the trouble I've had with Vodafone, who wants to keep taking money for a service I asked to be terminated 2 months ago, Trooli's customer services are a breath of fresh air.
Highly recommended.

Friendly, professional, installed quickly and cleanly

Very good service from placing the order to installation. We are getting used to using Apps, One negative is that the installation guys decided to leave a role of their cable in our wheelie bin. Not sure if this is what they are supposed to do as this is not very professional. Other than that we are pleased with the service.

Trooli answered all my questions I asked before I signed up, their engineers on the day were very courteous and helpful, no mess left after installation, and good fast broadband speeds. Mind you I only had BT copper broadband before !!

The automated phone call handling was one of the best and I was soon through to the right person in the recontracts section. Amy made no quibble at my request to downgrade my contract one notch, a very prompt and efficient response. Thank you.

I only discovered Trooli this month and am extremely happy that I did. None of the other providers have plans to connect our remote village to FTTP, as soon as I heard about Trooli I checked their site and was surprised to find that they did cover my address. I immediately signed up and was given an installation date about 10 days away. I had a good choice of dates and am or pm installation. On the afternoon chosen the engineer arrived, a very friendly and courteous man who quickly ran through the installation process with me and agreed the route the cable would take into my house. Once installed he tested the system and found a problem with the cable from the pole to the premises. He replaced the cable and the broadband worked perfectly. Before Installation I had a maximum speed of 45 Mb per second, now I’m getting between 800 & 1100 Mb per second with upload very similar to download speeds. It has made a huge change for us and cannot recommend Trooli and their engineers highly enough !

The installation was done very professionally by the team. Managed every request I made re routing of the cable etc. Love the way the switch was made so there was no time we were without the internet connection. Really pleased so far.

Outstanding service. A fault appeared on my broadband connection which kept dropping out. From my first call to support through to the engineer visit, the service was outstanding. I am really pleased. Communication was spot on. The engineer Kevin turned up on time (within 24 hours of reporting the problem and identified the issue quickly. I’m an electrical engineer myself and so interested in the problem. He patiently answered my questions, and explained what he was doing. He even showed me photos of the damage and readings at the failed splitter junction some 83 meters away (which in itself is amazing). Kevin is a credit to Trooli, thank you.

Great service and professional and friendly.

The engineer attended and assessed my property and said l needed a pipe to carry the cable to the house. The groundworks team then came and laid the pipe in one afternoon. The engineers then returned and installed the whole system in 2 hours and I couldn't be happier. Full fibre broadband at a great price. Customer service was excellent throughout and Nadeem kept me informed throughout the process, in fact all personnel involved from start to finish were excellent and I highly recommend this company.

Sales call made the offer seem simple enough, first installer was keen to leave early v's completing the installation. Second engineers visited and without my intervention would have rushed the job and left it looking like a mess outside. Speed has so far been mixed and has dropped out multiple times. I've now got the challenge of getting the refund back from Trooli for my early termination. Customers want simplicity and so far the transition has not been.
