Rock Solid Internet

Recently received a contract renewal email from Sacha at Trooli. Two years have flown by. No hesitation from me to renew, the service provided by Trooli has been noteworthy for its dependability and consistent speed. Similar to the renewal. Replied to Sacha, and within 5 minutes received confirmation. Outstanding.

Trooli excellent

Let down by Sky. Left without broadband for 25 days. Decided to contact Trooli who from day one were brilliant. Booked engineer to come quickly. When he saw we had no ducting, rebooked again quickly. Very professional guys came to lay external fibre to house with minimal disruption. You couldn’t tell where they had been. Dan the engineer came shortly after and was fantastic, connecting fibre along wall of garage into house and completing job superbly. The Wifi/broadband is magnificent and tremendous value for money! After many years with Sky we felt taken for granted. Trooli, a growing company, makes us feel valued again. I can recommend Trooli wholeheartedly.

Fast, Reliable Fibre With Excellent Customer Service

I recently switched to Trooli and the experience has been genuinely impressive.
From the start, the customer service team were friendly, clear, and efficient — exactly the kind of support you want when changing broadband providers. Many reviewers highlight the same thing, praising Trooli staff for being helpful, patient, and professional, and my experience matches that completely .

The installation was smooth and handled by an engineer who clearly knew what he was doing, similar to what others have mentioned about Trooli’s engineers being efficient and tidy . Once connected, the speeds were exactly as advertised — full‑fibre performance that’s dramatically faster than the UK average, just as Trooli claims on their page Current pageCurrent page. Business product not suitable for business use!

We took out a business package with Trooli. However, like most businesses in the UK, our IT and phone system require their own routing and VPN/firewalls. Neither of our IT or phone providers are able get our systems working with Trooli's service. Techincal support is non-existent and we are unable to get any further information beyond the PPPoE login details.

Our service was only installed 10days ago and is not fit for purpose. We have tried to cancel within the 14day cooling off period and have been told the cooling off period applies from the date of the order. We had no way of knowing the service wouldn't work with our systems until it was installed.

Completely unacceptable service - avoid at all costs.

Opening an account with Trooli has been…

Opening an account with Trooli has been a nightmare. Despite the fibre line being installed 4 days on Trooli have not provided me a router box to access the internet, yet Trooli are able to notify me that they are taking the monthly debit for a service I cannot access because I have no router box.

Excellent Customer Service

The joining experience was excellent. Everything was explained simply and efficiently by Connor and we were delighted that the installation could be done so quickly. We would highly recommend Trooli.

Recently switched from a Vodafone part fibre connection to Trooli full fibre. Download speed gone from 54mb to 155mb, connection been 100% stable so far. And cheaper price too!

I’ve been waiting for my installation…

I’ve been waiting for my installation for 7 hours now. I was given a 8-1 time slot. It’s now 3.15
Had to take the day off for it which is fine. No technician has turned up, no one’s contacted me to tell me of delays or whether he’s even coming.

unbelievable disrespect of my time. Delays happen, people get sick etc etc, that’s all fine. Just do me the courtesy of letting me know.

Can’t even get through to them on the phone. What kind of company is this? I should cancel and go with BT. But I had persistent phonecalls trying to get me as a customer, funny that. The communication was great then.

Just respect your customers. A quick email fired off takes 10 seconds. Waste of my day.

Whatever the excuse is in reply to this, whatever the reason for the engineer not coming, whatever you’re typing to explain it…. Is totally irrelevant because it takes no time at all to let me know. Disrespectful.

Pain free renewal

My Trooli contract expired while I was out of the country and unable to renew online.
One email to Trooli with the details of my situation and Sacha had everything sorted EXACTLY as requested within 24hrs.❤️

7 years of Internet pain, finally solved

For years, we've been told by our Internet providers that 'we can't have fibre broadband' and our maximum speeds will only be 36mps at max.

Well, we took the plunge and signed up with Trooli! The promise looked great, the price looked appealing.

After an engineer appointment which took a few hours and a new box, for the first time, we have 500mps of Internet. The connection is fast and stable! For the first time ever, we have a decent Internet connection in our house, now catered for working at home, streaming and use on different devices.

I only wished with signed up with Trooli sooner, compared to our other providers, we're also saving an extra £6 per month.

Highly recommended and thanks Trooli, for bringing harmony back into our house, both personally and professionally. Even if our priced ever increased, we'll never change, because you delivered on what you promised with zero gimmicks.
