Zero, and I mean zero customer service, just ignored
Bought an item and it turns out it is impoto configure or use. Absolutely impossible to configure, instructions absolutely useless. There's a reason it's a bout 80% off in price. Asked to return it due to being impossible ( should have read the reviews) and zero replies. I have now sent 5 different emails and started a return request and zero replies to that either. Take the money and ignore you. I used to shop here a lot but gave up on them due to this sort of customer servaftersales problem. Took a chance and bought again but looks like they still have the same aftersales issues. Avoid buying here unless your sure you will not need to contact them. Abysmal place to spend your money. No excuses. You simply can't have excuses for not replying to multiple emails and a return request over two weeks. Don't bother replying now, I luckily paid with PayPal and opened a case and they refunded me. Will absolutely never use this lot again.

Very disappointed with after care
Posting the below on behalf of my very dissatisfied husband/customer:-
I am very disappointed in your customer care regarding your last message which was sent on the 9th of May saying Andy would be contacting me about my bait boat which never happened. The bait boat cost £2000 so hence his frustration. Someone messaged the man who delivered my boat to you telling him on the same day that it was being dealt with then a message to same person saying boat was fixed and come pick it up. Then when messaged about it being delivered back to me. The reply was we don't have any boxes !!! Then when friend did go to pick it up. You had sent it to your other shop without actually telling anyone. And when on site a bloody great big pile of empty boxes !!!!!!!! One star rating is being generous for after care from the store.

We are very sorry that your friend who was collecting the boat on your behalf went to our Billericay store. All of the Toslon repairs are carried out at our Berners Hall branch, and unfortunately, the boat came back during a period whilst Andy was off, so he was unlikely to know which store the boat had been dropped into originally.
With regards to shipping your boat back, it was unfortunately only dropped off in the bag. We will only ship the boats in sufficient packaging with the correct foam padding or where the equivalent is available. At present, we do not have any spare Toslon boat boxes or the foam padding to ensure safe transport. Especially with the value of the boat, we would rather not risk damage to the boat due to lack of sufficient protection from the packing.
We apologise that this resulted in you needing to make a second trip down to the store to collect your boat.

I've used many tackle shops over the past 40yrs, this online store is by fare one of the best.
As a Blue light worker, I am very pleased that this company still acknowledges these people in the front-line services. THANK YOU !!
This alone keeps me spending vast sums of £ with this company. Their prices are keen ( not the very best tho ) their turn around shipping is simply outstanding.
I have properly spent around £6000 with this Total fishing tackle, which equites to many purchases, I can honesty say only twice have I had an issue with poor packing of items, which was resolved without any grief.
For me personally its 9/10, to obtain a 10/10 score would been perfection, none of us are perfect.
Keep up the outstanding efforts, being well ahead of the curve keeps people coming back….

Shocking service and customer care!!!
Well.. after dealing with total fishing tackle for the last 5 years. I have had nothing but great experiences up until my last purchase.. I recieved my deeper quest bait boat with bad damage to the rear weedguard and a nash tackle box that was worse quality than some jtems on temu so asked for this to be replaced with a fox edges large tackle box. So I got in touch for a replacement. All was going well. I was sent a label to print and arranged for my boat to be collected on the friday.(This was an overnight courrier service with APC ) After 14 days of sending this parcel I still had no response, no replacements, infact no correspondance at all! I filled out the callback form to which I got a reply.... we want more information about your problem before we call you. How about you call me and we can discuss the problem? So after using the email and whatsapp service which is useless as it takes them 24 hours to respond from your email,whatsapp, or callback request. They told me there was no trace of my return. It took deeper sonar themselves to email them to chase my boat as even they were not impressed with the service on one of their products!!!. 24 hours later I recieve an email apologising saying it had come but had just been thrown in the warehouse and was missed. Totally unacceptable service so from point of recieving original damaged boat I am now over 14 days with no replacement or answers. The difference in price between the nash tackle box and the fox tackle box was £9 which i was totally happy to pay but after the absolutely shocking service ,expected them out of goodwill to wave the £9 for all the errors..... no they sent a payment link for the product and said let them know when it is complete. I have told them to cancel and refund it and I will go and purchase from an alternate tackle shop. I have spent well in excess of £9000 with this company and the actual attention to customer care and taking responsibility when they mess up well.... it doesnt exist!!! I had a basket of goods saved to follow through with on the website. I think I will cancel that basket and source elsewhere from now on!!!
