Great service and company had a issue with bait boat when it was damaged in transit by Royal Mail andy sorted the issue it’s my 3rd order from total fishing and will be purchasing again soon thanks andy for keeping me in the loop

Advertising and taking payment for stock they don’t have , just be careful ordering high priced items on finance as you be left to deal with it afterwords , also they charge you a small admin fee for there mistakes

Have just received my trakker rs brolly from tft. Cost. £478 .
Several hours later i noticed that if you spend £150. On thier sight you get a free girft.
So bit miffed .that this comes to light after i purchased my brolly.
SAD.

Awful company , have purchased a fair amount from these over the years . Mostly has been good until my last recent order ,where ive been sent a faulty item . Been in contact with them through customer service which is an absolute joke . Ive chosen the whatsapp route as requesting a callback never seems to materialise . The whatsapp chat is pathetic you got one maybe 2 replys a day if your lucky, so you can never get anything resolved on the day . Which doesn't help when your going fishing that week which Iam .
Anyway back to the faulty item which is down to them because they could check there stock beforehand .
I have now decided never to use this company again , there are much better and cheaper websites out there.

I dont write many reviews and when i do they are mostly bad.i cannot sing this companies praises high enough.I am back fishing after 40 years out and have nothing but help and assistance in store at both Berners Hall and Billericay.The staff cannot do enough to not just help but also educate you when you ask and time spent with you isnt an issue.Ive had issues with items ive bought from them and they have gone above and beyond to help me.I buy most of my gear from the Billericay store and cannot praise every single member of staff enough.Trust me this is a person that only writes bad reviews when im agrieved. Well done Total Fishing.Keep up the good work.

All the members of the team at Total Fishing Tackle who helped me with the purchase of my rods were fantastic from start to finish. They were able too send a link ref payment for purchase of my rods which were sent out that day and arrived safely the following day. Customer service was above and beyond. One happy angler. I needed to return an item so Harry at the Berners Farm shop was excellent. Very friendly and we managed to sort out the item, plus various purchases on his advice.

Every order I place with total fishing tackle is of great quality and with tft xtra such a reliable speedy delivery
If they have an item in stock there always my 1st choice.

Purchased the Fox Frontier 2X and the Brands Hatch carp show. Firstly was told delivery would be a week or two, only the following day to get an email that it was a pre order and delivery was over a month

On using the bivvy the ETS boss which holds the bivvy open and in position broke. It wasn't right when I set it up and when I come to collapse the bivvy the release button wouldn’t work. This has led to the teeth on the gears snapping off.
I have gone back to Total Fishing Tackle and they are saying “we have spoke to FOX and its user error” I can promise you this was not the case as I have told them the release mechanism wasn't working. I’ve watched many YouTube videos prior to purchasing and followed the correct set process.
Upon contacting Total Fishing Tackle i was offered a replacement part “as a good will gesture” apparently as it’s all my fault………

I’m disappointed with Total Fishing Tackle, mainly with the blame culture, I’m an experienced angler and NEVER struggled setting up bivvy. This product is below par in terms of quality and the one other review on Total Fishing Tackle suggests the same.

I am writing this review as I have feel ripped off and I am not happy with both outcome and customer service of a transaction with Total fishing tackle. This is NOT about money and I do not want anything from Total fishing tackle. I just want to vent and a response to my questions would be good.
I buy a lot online especially fishing tackle which is my main hobby. I have used Total fishing tackle many times mainly via ebay but also directly a few times. In general I have had very few problems in the last couple of decades of buying online but this transaction has really made me angry.
In summary:
Do I trust Total fishing tackle products?: Yes I do
Do I trust Total fishing tackle to deliver? No I do not
Do I trust Total fishing tackle customer service? No I do not
The problem was simple:
Item was delivered tracked. No text was sent telling me date or time so I was not in, item was either taken away after being marked delivered or was stolen from my drive or doorstep. I did not authorise a safe place delivery and nobody received the item.
Outcome: I sent a message to Total fishing and had no response. I then sent another and was told if I send multiple messages I will go to the back of the queue for a response. In my view that’s really poor customer service. They then communicated no refund, no replacement, no explanation.
My understanding is there is a legal obligation to safely deliver goods not just leave on doorstep.
My questions to Total fishing tackle:
Is this legal obligation not true?
On what basis do you think I am a liar?
On the basis I am not a liar, how would you feel if this happened to you?

Fantastic offer, and superfast delivery, I dont normally do impressed, but well done TFT.

I asked for more information about the specifications of a set of rods and received a prompt reply including details of price including postage.
I placed my order over a bank holiday weekend and received confirmation on the Tuesday
These are not the only purchases I’ve made from Total Fishing Tackle I have always received great service this time from Paige and Luke excellent

Purchased a Fox EOS 1 man bivvy, was missing the pole for the pram/front shelter and they then said this doesnt require a pole and after I then sent numerous pictures they said would you like us to contact the manufacturer and get a spare, well of course I would, after just spending £220 on the bivvy in the first place and it not coming complete what a stupid thing to say.

I bought it direct from you not Fox but I wish I just went to a shop to order as there is so much faffing about with them to confirm things.

This has gone on for a week waiting for this to be sorted as they only repsond within a 24 hour period, the company has no sense of urgency and no reassurance this will be sent or when it will be sent.

The fact they dont have a telephone number says a lot about the way they work, I wouldnt recommend using them at all!!!
