I originally put 1 star
Nothing has changed. A bit confused done the affordability assesment it came back with 46.8% I was like "GREAT" someone called me back as and said that they put the child benefit element in the wrong box. I don't know how exactly when it was in the right box stating "other income child benefit". they then put it "right" and surprise surprise the percentage jumped to 61% and there fore Its now not affordable to me. I asked for them to send it to me and I'm still sitting here waiting for the excel file 😂 absolutely ridiculous. Next time don't try make me change a review next time. Sort yourselves out! I'm not changing this review this time around!

He was kind, considerate, understanding and very patient with me.
I am so grateful to him at a difficult time in my life.

Jonathan Walker was very helpful make me understand shared ownership more easily and was very quick and responsive to the questions and concerns that I had.

Feeling like I am able to go back to him in future when hopefully another property comes up that we may be interested in and need more assistance with.

Really appreciate everything that he has done :)

From getting a mortgage in principle to getting an offer, Ishfak and Olivia were legends! They made me feel like I could actually do this and worked with what I could afford and offered such great advice and service! Thank you for your huge efforts to make this journey as painless as possible.

Aaron Rattray - I mean what an absolute legend.

From supporting me through my mortgage application, being a shoulder to cry on and just having such a high level of empathy during such a rubbish time.

You’ve been an angel and I’m forever grateful for everything you’ve done.

Keep being you - GET THIS GUY A PAYRISE! :-)

Me and my brother were helped by Joe (Denmead) - he is great at what he does, and has excellent customer service skills. I would definitely recommend him for anyone looking for a first-time mortgage!

Aaron was brilliant throughout the entire process, as first time buyers we didn’t really know what to expect or what the process looked like however Aaron was extremely informative and made it easy. We would definitely use TORC24 again.

Outstanding service throughout. Mitchell, Bianca, Louise and Jayne.
Could not have asked for an offer to go smoother like what I have just experienced with tor24.

Many thanks for the professionalism.

Finding my first property was abit daunting to think about and to understand the process of it all, but SHANNON WRIGHT was AMAZING!! In my experience she was super friendly and super helpful. There were a few things I was unable to understand but she was patient and really supported me to get through it.
On a whole, I had a pleasant experience with TORC24 👏🏼

Still in the process, but had to leave a review for Shannon who was absolutely fantastic! Patient and understanding throughout the whole process. There was quite a bit of backward and forwards with making sure I had the correct paperwork, which for a first-time buyer was a lot and Shannon was helpful every step of the way whether that be via email or telephone. I would definitely recommend TORC24 to anyone.

I highly recommend Aaron to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, professional, and helpful mortgage advisor. Aaron took the time to explain everything to me in detail and helped me find the best mortgage for my needs.

He was always available to answer my questions and kept me updated on the progress of my application. He made the whole process so much easier and less stressful than I expected. I am so grateful for his help and would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Overall, I was extremely impressed with Aaron's services and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a mortgage advisor.

Louise at TORC24 was brilliant!

We had lots of stress during our recent house purchase, however Louise W went above and beyond to help us. Jane was also brilliant for the time that Louise was on annual leave. They are both a credit to the company and have great knowledge.

The experience we have had with TORC24 has been phenomenal. Our Mortgage Adviser, Alex, and Account Manager Jayne have walked us through every step of the process making us, first time buyers, feel very at ease throughout. Their experience and knowledge shared is gold standard, and the service they've provided is unrivalled versus any other service we've received from other Mortgage Brokers.
