I want to start by saying New Homes have been amazing throughout this process.

They were recommended by Bellway, and as a first-time buyer I almost went with another broker charging very high fees due to my lack of experience. I’m really glad I didn’t.

From the very beginning, Wiktoria was excellent. She guided me through the initial steps, secured my MIP, and even took the time to call me at the end of the day so I could go ahead and reserve my property with Bellway.

Lucas, my mortgage broker, was equally outstanding. He walked me through the entire process, explained everything clearly, and ultimately matched me with a lender that approved my application.

I also want to give a huge shout-out to the case management team, especially Marina Leonard. My case was complex and the lender was extremely slow and thorough, but Marina was incredible throughout. She was always chasing updates, always keeping me informed, even when there was no news. It genuinely felt like she cared about the outcome, and we were both relieved when the offer finally came through.

From my experience, Marina is a hugely valuable asset to New Homes, and I’m confident this level of service is consistent across the team.

While Assad did a great job securing me a mortgage I was really unhappy with the experience I had with Megan. Lack of replies to any emails sent, 4 replies in response to a thread of 21 emails, I found it really wasn’t very helpful and made the experience so stressful there wasn’t great communication and I often found out more from contacting others in the group.

I had a really positive experience working with Heather Dady and Josh during my mortgage process. Both were professional, supportive, and always quick to respond to any questions I had.

They explained everything clearly and made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free from start to finish. I really appreciated their help and guidance throughout.

Bunch of frauds!!
Paid for a lifetime membership and we wanted to sell. They contacted us short notice and couldn't help us. We contacted them again a year later and this time they said we wasn't able to lend and no-one would lend to us. We have now spoke to mortgage advice bureau and another mortgage broker who confirmed we are good health with our credit and we had to pay another £700 for a new broker. I am disgusted!!!
I want our money back from this company.

After proceeding with purchasing a Bellway property, we were introduced to NHMH, and from start to finish the entire experience was SO seamless.

We dealt with Jaden Forrester initially for the affordability check and check ins up until reservation, then Robel Tewelde for the mortgage appointment and application, and Liam Rogerson for the final approval.

All three employees were so responsive and helpful, and we never had to chase for anything. I would 100% use NHMH as my mortgage broker again, we have used a different company in the past and the service we received was nothing like what we have just experienced. 10/10!
