I received a small amount of funding…
I received a small amount of funding last year for my business in hopes of building a 'relationship' for future funding with larger numbers. I paid the loan back with no issues and they constantly call me to 're-apply' for more funding. Yet every time I do there is some stipulation on why I didn't qualify. The funding didn't help my business it was just another bill, and they made money off me. I wish I never worked with them at all because they wasted my time when I could have been building a relationship with another company that actually values me and my business.

I strongly caution small-business…
I strongly caution small-business owners against working with Expansion Capital Group based on my experience.
Following the closure of my former business and my Chapter 7 bankruptcy filing, approximately $4,700 in Amazon seller proceeds was being withheld in connection with Expansion Capital Group's UCC claim.
I dispute that the affected Amazon seller account and all its proceeds belong to the former business. Expansion's own written correspondence stated that its UCC filing and Amazon instructions concerned SoCal3D LLC, not me individually. Nevertheless, Amazon continued withholding the funds.
After months of correspondence and attempts to resolve the dispute, I filed an adversary proceeding in bankruptcy court to challenge the scope of the claim.
The financial disruption, uncertainty, and difficulty obtaining a clear resolution have been extremely frustrating. I would urge every business owner to carefully examine the collateral provisions, personal guarantees, and collection procedures before accepting financing from this company.

I had a very positive experience working with Expansion Capital Group. Their team was professional, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire process.
I especially appreciate their communication and willingness to work with me to find a financing structure that fit my business needs. Even when there were some issues that needed to be corrected, their team stayed in communication and worked to resolve everything.
