I’m very disappointed with this mini Shetland head collar. I only started using it today and by the second use this afternoon the metal clip had already snapped.

It’s a real shame because the collar itself is lovely and fits my Shetland very well. Unfortunately the quality of the clip has really let it down. Because it broke while I needed to bring my Shetland in, I had no choice but to temporarily hold it together with a cable tie.

I’ve sent an email with photo evidence and I’m hoping a refund can be arranged. It’s frustrating as this would have been a great head collar if the hardware had been more durable.

First time ordering and very pleased. Katie went above and beyond to find me what i was after. Best customer service ive received.

I ordered a couple of wolf wear thermal gloves. They are warm and arrived in time and Katie was very accommodating and kept me informed with delivery.

After a mix-up and delay with the item , nothing was too much trouble for Katie to compensate and rectify the issue.
I received my product within two or three days.
Very pleased with my purchase and with the service provided.

Great product, great communication

Only used it once and seems to work pretty well plus my horse didn't mind me using it on her face and she hates her face brushing so big win for me.

From the point I ordered I felt that the sales team were client focussed, as they immediately contacted me to advise that it would not be possible to get their product to me pre-Christmas. This was not an issue (as it wasn't a present), but it sent a clear message that they value their clients and communicate properly.

The boots themselves were for my wife who has nothing but praise for their comfort, practicality and quality - and she is not easy to please!

Took over a week to post out, said they were sending next day delivery, item hasn’t arrived a further week on, which they are aware of but they are not answering phone or responding to messages. They use Evri so beware. Poor customer service.

Fantastic product

Love the buxton greedy gannet haynet, really made a difference to feeding hay to my greedy coblet! Instead of pulling and guzzling his hay down at the same time he now takes his time chewing so his net lasts alot longer! The net is woven rather than knotted so it's kind on teeth too! Highly recommend and great company to deal with too!
