Absolutely love the Tonies box 1, had. Jo issues at all until Tonies box 2 was released. I've dropped 2 stars due to out of warranty service.

We've suddenly developed a charging fault after a new box release and multiple updates. Although have been very kindly offered discount on a Tonies box 2, it's a shame there's no option to replace the battery, or recycle the old box etc.

It's a shame there isn't a greener option other than bin and replace.

Customer service were as good as they could be given the situation 😊

Our toniebox was faulty and the customer support team were very helpful and quick at sorting a replacement for us. Very satisfied with the service and as a bonus we received an upgrade and complimentary tonie for our baby 🫶🏼 thank you so much!

Excellent customer service from start to finish! My daughters Toniebox 1 stopped working just under a year after purchase. After quickly talking me through some troubleshooting, the team arranged a replacement when it couldn’t be fixed.
Even though I’d bought it through Amazon, Tonies replaced it with a Toniebox 2 in the colour of my choice once I’d returned the faulty one. They even included a Tonies character as a lovely surprise!

Brilliant product, wish I bought it sooner! Customer service has been good too, had a slight problem with charging dock, but was replaced free of charge and delivered quickly. Just need to check the length of the tonie characters, as some are very short and are the same price as the longer ones.

My dealings with the tonie support team was first class and thankfully my grandchildren are enjoying the box again. Lovemytonie.

The customer service provided was exceptional. I was able to resolve my issue with my Tonie quickly and efficiently.

We got the Tonies Box 2 for my daughter’s 1st birthday and it has been a hit. Admittedly, yes, she hasn’t quite grasped the concept of keeping a Tonies on top to hear the full play BUT she’s had it for 3 days and is starting to figure it out!

The ‘My First Tonies’ sets are fantastic (we have the farm and the jungle ones) the characters and larger for little hands and she enjoys playing with them. The songs/stories and soundscapes are brilliant. My little one is obsessed with songs so she loves putting these on and clapping and dancing along.

The box was incredibly easy to set up with both paper instructions and a walk through of the app,

Looking forward to this product growing with her and collecting the different Tonies as she gets older!

Where do I start ???? Tonies themselves are an amazing idea. I have purchased 2 x Tonies 2 box for my grandchildren. The tonies characters are brilliant for the kids to choose as a reward , birthdays and Xmas customer service is the best I’ve ever experienced any where for anything they are amazing and very very helpful. When the box and characters arrived my grandkids faces lit up xx will defo buy again xx

We absolutely love our Toniebox and I honestly can’t recommend it enough.

As parents of a neurodivergent child, our Toniebox has become so much more than just a toy. It provides comfort, routine, familiarity and independence in a way that very few products can. It’s engaging without being overstimulating, and it has become a genuine part of our daily lives.

What really sets Tonies apart, though, is their outstanding customer service. Last year, when Clovis’ Toniebox unexpectedly stopped working, their support team was incredibly kind, understanding and efficient. They arranged a replacement with no hassle at all, which meant the world to us because they understood how important it was to get him back to something that formed part of his routine.

More recently, when we ordered another Tonie, they surprised us by including a lovely freebie, which was such a thoughtful gesture and completely unexpected.

Every interaction we’ve had with their support team has been warm, friendly and genuinely customer-focused. It’s rare to find a company that not only makes an excellent product but also stands behind it with such exceptional service.

If you’re considering a Toniebox, especially if you have a neurodivergent child, I couldn’t recommend it more highly. It’s been one of the best purchases we’ve ever made, backed by a company that clearly cares about its customers.

I originally bought a Toniebox second hand on Vinted. It stopped working completely, so I contacted Tonies and was honest from the outset that it had been purchased via Vinted. They were very helpful and offered me the choice of either a replacement Toniebox or a discount code towards a Toniebox 2. I chose the Toniebox 2, and I was really impressed with the customer service.

A few weeks later, I bought another second hand Toniebox from Vinted for my second child. Unfortunately, it developed exactly the same fault as the first one the lights come on, but it won’t play Tonies properly.

I reached out to tonies again, they requested receipts and conversations with the seller.
I spent a long amount of time searching through hundreds of transactions, emails and messages to find everything they requested, for them to come back and say because it’s from Vinted it’s not covered.
despite having already explained in my initial email that the box was purchased on Vinted!!!

Communication throughout the process was poor. There was a lot of back and forth, my emails often didn’t seem to be properly understood, and many of the responses felt like generic AI generated replies rather than genuine customer support.

Now the best part - Tonies UK had approached me about a potential social media collaboration, offering free products in exchange for promoting them. It feels ironic that the company is willing to provide free products for marketing purposes, yet offers no support to customers who have bought second hand because buying new isn’t financially possible

I think that really shows a lot about a company that will help or give away to “influencers” but if you have bought second hand because you cannot afford new, you are nothing to them.

The explanation that “the warranty doesn’t transfer” misses the point. This wasn’t accidental damage or misuse, it was the same apparent manufacturing fault occurring on two different Tonieboxes. Regardless of ownership, a faulty product is still a faulty product.

I now have one very upset child that their box has stopped working and doesn’t understand I cannot afford another unless I accept their collaboration and act like it’s the best product in the world when it’s clearly not 👍🏻

Cannot return gift order with the information provided on the shipping receipt. Customer Support is just an AI bot. After this frustrating experience, we won't be buying in the future for ourselves or anyone else.

We discovered Tonies a few years ago and our daughter loves them just as much now as she did them. They truly inspire children to use their imagination and enjoy their favourite characters away from a screen! Best thing we ever bought her and continue to buy new Tonies when we see a new one we don't have!

Easy to use and set up, downloading tonies doesn't take long. Having the app to set up gives step by step instructions

If you buy a Tonies 2 you will spent over $200 and they will include a cord that is too short to even plug into anything. Then they want you to buy a $20 cord from them that should just come with the box. Don’t even waste your money on this.
