We introduced Tonies to our daughter to replace parts of screen time. She love it (provided we chosen the correct Tonies’ characters of her liking). She is now able to enjoy many of her favorite music and rhymes and it did take her screen time away subtly without her knowing. On top, she slept with some of her favorite stories… it seems to give her comfort and sense of security (calm voices). Highly recommend Tonies!

Kids love them. They are a better option than screen time.

Recieved a replacement after intermitent issues with our toniebox2, which had just stopped working one day.
The replacement was in a colour of my choice (it was originally a gift so being able to change the colour was a nice touch) and it came within a week of me contacting their support and starting my returns process on the broken one. They even included a little freebie tonie for my son!
Lovely service start to finish, spoke to a few agents but they were all updated on the case when we were speaking with little need for me to repeat anything.

My children have had the tonie 1 box for 1,5 years and they love it. Our tonie had an issue with the charger so the customer services team were excellent in getting us a new toniebox 2 since the first one was under warranty. They were super quick with responding to emails and very nice and understanding. Can't saying anything negative about it. Its an excellent speaker for kids with a huge variety of figures to suit every child. Thank you :)

Terrible! Ordered 3 weeks before daughters birthday, after continually emailing for updates, I was told 2 days after her birthday it had been returned and would take up to 4 weeks for a refund. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Firstly this review is to highly recommend Tonies excellent customer service and the product. I brought my son a Toniebox in November 2025, I use this item regularly as it is a nice way to connect to my son using a no screen device and it’s part of my son’s daily bedtime routine. The toons that you can purchase are reasonably price and they have a wide range of stories, known characters and educational toons for a range of ages. This was working perfectly till the end of June 2025. My issue was the Toniebox wouldn’t charge so was unable to play Toons on it. I reached out to the support Toniebox and to be honest didn’t expect much.
The customer service was excellent from start to finish and the advisors were very helpful and prompt in responding to all emails. The customer service gave me step by step information on how to troubleshoot the toniebox but unfortunately it didn’t work. They then gave me a claim number and asked me to upload what the issue was once I provided proof of purchase.
Once the information was emailed they then promptly provided me with free tracked delivery.
Again in the times where no companies want to replace items Toniebox did. Once I provided proof of delivery I then received a email stating a new Toniebox would be delivered to my home free of charge.
Again I cannot emphasise the excellent customer service this company provided from start to finish and I would highly recommend Tonies items to any new customer, friends and family. Again a big thank you to Toniebox uk, me and my son cannot wait to start back our bedtime routine.

My sons tonies box stopped charging and then even with my daughters boxes charger it still wouldn’t charge or even switch on. I contacted the tonies costumer services and they got back so quick. They sent clear simple instructions to see if they could sort the issue out and when this didn’t work they send me the link to the claims portal which was easy and straight forward to use. My claim was accepted and the box will be replaced. Everyone I spoke to was super helpful, friendly and so quick at responding.

I’d like to add all 3 of my children have a tonies box. Our first purchase was back in 2018 and the box still works like new! And since June 2018 it has been played every single night without fail, been taken on several holidays with us and we purchase a new character for both birthdays and Christmas’s. They are a great investment. And the educational tonies are also fab for my 8 year old!

Absolutely amazing customer service! Our old box stopped holding charge so couldn't be used off the charger, customer service was fantastic and as soon as I posted our box back to them a brand new upgraded tonie box was on the way to us! My daughter is very excited and looking forward to receiving it and were very interested to explore the new features and tonie play games that we can get for our new box.

Customer service was absolutely exceptional! My toniebox 1 stopped charging, therefore could not be used anymore. It was really sad because my kid only slept listening to the sleeping songs tonic. I've sent a video of the issue and they sent me a label for a free return of the product and sent me a replacement which was an actual upgrade to the toniebox 2! I was not expecting that at all! Even more amazingly, they have sent us a complimentary paw patrol tonie and my kid was over the moon with that!! Best customer service I've ever seen, 10 out of 10. Thank you very much for that Andrea and Martir and Tonie company.

My daughter had the tonie box 1 and used it every night and after 2 years was upset when it stopped working. As with everything these days I expected a battle to get it fixed/ replaced, but the tonies people were amazing. They tried to help me get it working again and when it still didn’t they replaced it as soon as I sent them the broken one with a brand new tonie box 2! And not only that they sent it with a new tonie as well that she didn’t already have.

No issues getting it replaced at all and my daughters happy with the new one as it has a rainbow light and she can still use all her old tonies. And all the extra settings for the tonie box 2 on the app are helpful like being able to use it as an alarm and set night time limits etc.

Quick and easy to use
When putting something from wishlist to basket i wish would take out the wishlist as am purchasing the item but just a small snag

My son loves the Toniebox, but how great the actual tonies are more of a hit and miss. My review is mostly towards the service. They offer a 30-day happiness guarantee, but it's only for unused products. How do I know a tonie is good without unpacking it first?

If my son doesn't instantly love a tonie, I just cut my losses and hope he rediscovers it later. But this time I felt a bit misled by the product listing. I bought the Coco tonie, since my son loves the Coco film. This tonie is almost entirely in Spanish and we cannot use it. Why sell a Spanish tonie in the UK? The listing does mention Spanish, but I got the impression I would get the option Spanish or English? I wanted to return it, but it's not possible because it's no longer in its packaging? I had a previous experience with a counting Tonie, that counted in several languages. Not really what I wanted, but still somewhat educational so we kept it. Full Spanish narratives are quite useless and there should be a disclaimer for this. The price of tonies can add up, this was part of a large order so quite disappointed that the customer service just holds their hands up and is like 'Oh, content was approved by the license holder'. Your website should offer a better reflection of what type of tonie you are getting.

Tonies UK has been excellent sorting out faulty chargers and ultimately a faulty toniebox. Can’t fault their customer service and helpfulness getting bedtimes back to normal for us! Thanks Tonies!!

Had an issue with our tonie box as it wasn't charging, luckily we were still in warranty, not only did they replace our box with a brand new box, it was the upgraded model and they even threw in a free tonie, amazing service.

We brought a new tonie box 2 for our 4 year old daughters birthday and we love it. Perfect for young children. We have an 18 month old who loves it too. Some of the tonies are not original voices on the songs such as the rapunzel, belle and elsa tonies but the kids still love it ❤️ its fab.

Excellent support and help with my sons tonie box they had it resolved and a new one on its way the same day really happy with the help and quick response

Love these! My little one loves them all and great alternative to screen time but super at engaging them.

We love our Toni box one but my friend has the Toni plus 2 box which is nice for a more advanced child my little one has global development delay and prefers the original one although she’s fallen in love with the new fluffy ones and plays on box and cuddles Minnie Mouse xx we love all our characters and still my more at Easter and Christmas etc xx it makes it so much easier for family and friends xx
