Très chère pour ce que c’est . Message d’erreur renard au bout de 8mois. Le site ne répond pas et programmé la tonies pour qu’elle ne fonctionne plus au bout d’un certain temps et pousser à la consommation sur leur site .

When my son’s beloved tonies 1 box…
When my son’s beloved tonies 1 box stopped working all of a sudden.
I connected customer support and within minutes I was talking to someone who was helping me troubleshoot what could be the matter. When it was clear that our box was not going to be able to be saved a new tonies box2 was arranged by custom support for me so my son will not be without his bedtime stories for long.

Sraff were really empathetic
Sraff were really empathetic when my daughters tonie box stopped connecting to the app. We Coukd not reduce the volume on the box so it was driving us crazy as my daughter loves lound noise. The sraff helped us to get a replacement under warranty and all communication was answered very quickly. Great customer service

Amazing customer service!
My order came very quickly with no issues at all, I got money off as it was my sons birthday so was sent a voucher/code to use. And we also received a gift of a free Tonie! Which was a lovely surprise and my son was over the moon. Thank you very much!

Amazing service
We bought a Tonies and it wouldn't work off the charger, so we got in touch with the customer support team and Raffy was amazing. Fast responses, clear instructions and a fast turnaround for sending us out a new one. Amazing service!

Tonie box stopped charging
Tonie box stopped charging. After trouble shooting with Maria via email, it still wouldn't work. So I was sent a return label as it was still under warranty. As soon as I sent proof that I'd sent it back they shipped out a replacement for me. It was so fast and at every step of the way I felt listened to and cared for.
We love our tonie box.

Great customer service
Bought a tonie box 22 months ago, randomly stopped charging. Realised I had 2 years warranty so contacted their customer service who were super helpful. Sent out a brand new tonie box 2 with a new tonie in there too! You don’t usually get service like that anymore so I am really impressed

Our little one loves it
Our little one loves it. He received the box just after his 2nd birthday. We love the creative tonies as we record stories read by ourselves or other family members and he can choose and update songs he likes. We take it on holiday with us too as it keeps him entertained in the car.

Best customer service ever received
I'd like to report the level of customer service from Tonies as some of the best I have ever received. I am very impressed with the speed of service, the level of support and the speed in which they came to a resolution. Unfortunately my Toniebox 1 experienced a charging fault within the 2 year warranty period. They accepted this return and exchanged it for a brand new Toniebox 2. To add, they also sent out a free Paw Patrol tonie as part of their 10 year celebrations which my little boy is thrilled with. Thank you so much Mayen and Andrea for all of your help, it is very much appreciated and I will be certain to continue purchasing direct through tonies for many years to come!

Two Tonie Boxes and Love Them Both
We have two Tonie Boxes and love both of them. We had a Tonie Box 1 for our daughter, purchased November 2024. It developed a fault in July 2026 and Tonie were quick to offer a replacement (after having run through a series of troubleshooting exercises). The Customer Support team were excellent and very efficient.
When we purchased our second Tonie Box (a Tonie Box 2) in November 2025, it didn't set up correctly and wouldn't light up. Tonies again were quick to replace the item and it has worked well ever since.
Couldn't fault them. The service has been outstanding.

My kids absolutely love Tonies
My kids absolutely love Tonies! they use it all the time! And after two years the charger broke and the customer servie at Tonies was super nice and understanding and they worked with me until we had a solution! I am now waiting for the new charger so the kids can keep enjoying it! I am now going to buy one for my nephew.

We love our tonie box
We love our tonie box. My son had it for a few days and he loves it. He likes being able to control it. Choose. He invents little games with it, lining up characters and them taking turns.
He listens to stories at bedtime and in the morning when he makes his way to our room he puts the tonie on to wake us up with a story!
The only reason for 4 stats is the first day we used it, it froze. The customer service team were really helpful and gave lots of suggestions to try. Eventually it was resolved by letting the battery run down and that reset the box and we haven't had an issue since then.

Replace screen time
We introduced Tonies to our daughter to replace parts of screen time. She love it (provided we chosen the correct Tonies’ characters of her liking). She is now able to enjoy many of her favorite music and rhymes and it did take her screen time away subtly without her knowing. On top, she slept with some of her favorite stories… it seems to give her comfort and sense of security (calm voices). Highly recommend Tonies!
