This has been amazing for my daughter. It has really helped her learn new words, and she’s doing so well. She now has over 30 Tonies and loves listening to them every day. We absolutely love the Toniebox and would definitely recommend it to any parent with a child who enjoys stories and reading.

I contacted the "customer happiness" team seeking help after our Tonie 1 box decided to stop charging. The team were great. Quick to reply and helpful.

My child absolutely loves his Tonies box. He loves playing with it every single day. His face lights up the room when he gets to choose which Tonie to play next. He loves to dance and sing along to his favorite tunes. He enjoys listening to the stories from each Tonie while he plays with his other toys. Every Tonie figure gets a little love. Each moment and story are different and I can just imagine how fun his imagination is and how well developed he is becoming. It brings independent play, to a whole new level! Will always recommend a Tonie to friends and family, for years to come.

If I could rate it less than 1 I would. We ordered a Tonie box around 18 months ago, but we've only really started using it properly in the last 6-8 months. It's stopped working, and won't charge. My husband contacted Tonies on the 11th to report the fault, they responded by email quickly, asking us to submit more information. The email they have told us to respond too isn't recognized and is bounced back to us. I contacted Tonies today on the customer support page to advise of this error and asked if someone could call me instead, to be told the only way to communicate is via email (which isn't working) and they completely ignored this part of my message. They do not have a live chat feature, or the option to call (not even to call out). We are now left with a very sad child who cannot use his Tonie Box and no way of getting it replaced (despite being under warranty) due to poor communication channels.

Awful awful awful customer service, for such a big name, I'd expect better. I would not be recommending Tonie to anyone in future based on this experience alone, which is a shame, because the product is actually really good and prior to this, I'd have rated it 5*.

My daughter has loved Tonies since her 1st birthday and she is now almost 4! Not only do we love the product, but also have had a great experience with customer service everytime we reached out to them.

Absolutely delighted with my first Tonies order. The product quality is fantastic, the parcel arrived quickly, and my child is completely in love with it. It’s already become a favourite in our home. Highly recommend Toniebox 2 for anyone looking for something magical, durable, and genuinely joyful.

My son has loved his Tonie box since the day he got it two years ago. The range of stories is fab and constantly improving, and last time we used their website to order a new Tonie we got a free one as a thank you for ordering directly with them.

Could never fault tonies. My daughter had Tonie box 1 and 2. When I had to get in contact as my daughter’s Tonie box stopped working. I got an immediate response and a solution for it to get back working. We got it back working and the customer service was so helpful and nice.

The toniebox has been a massive part of our lives for nearly 4 years now! In that time we’ve had 2 toniebox 1’s, both ended up claimed under warranty for faulty battery, but in every instance the happiness team were incredible. Recently my daughters 2nd toniebox 1 started having charging problems and I was dreading having to go through the process again. I was connected to wonderful Mary who stayed connected via email for the entire process, meaning I didn’t have to re-explain or repeat myself. I was so concerned about having another toniebox 1 as we’d had 2 already and both had problems with charging/battery. I really wanted to claim a voucher and put the extra money towards a toniebox 2 for my daughter who’s now 5 years old. When I expressed this to Mary she surprised me and said that Tonies would send us a Toniebox 2 with no extra charge! I honestly couldn’t believe it and was so grateful.
Fast forward 2 days - my daughter went 2 nights without her toniebox which was difficult for her she really missed it. The package arrived and not only was there a brand new shiny toniebox 2 but some lovely person had popped in a tonie for my daughter aswell and it was one she didn’t have! After 2 nights without her tonies this was such a heartfelt surprise for her. I am so grateful to the Tonies team and in particular Mary who was outstanding at solving my problem quickly. My daughter’s first night with her new toniebox 2 and she didn’t even get to the end of her tonie she was out like a light! I can’t wait to purchase some tonieplay games for us to try and explore the new features on toniebox 2.

My dd loves her tonie box. Its a must have at bedtime. Lots of different characters she can choose from. Great service ordering with lots of offers.

Il y a 7 mois nous avons acheté une tonies pour notre fils. Par manque de chance la tonies nous a fait un code d'erreur "renard 🦊" ce qui fait que cette dernière est juste HS et aucune réparation possible. Acheté en promotion à 102 euros nous avons eu droit a un avoir de ce montant mais maintenant elle n'est plus en promotion alors nous avons dû ajouter la différence. Ce qui fait que au final ce n'était plus une bonne affaire et sincèrement qu'elle rende l'âme au bout de 7 mois sans bouger de la bibliothèque de notre fils je trouve ça un peu limite pour un produit a ce prix. Le concept est super mais nous sommes franchement déçu

I received the highest quality customer care via email about an issue I was having with my tonie box. They were very thorough with my case, handled it expertly well, and in a timely manner.
We spoke to each other as humans beings and no AI was involved which is always a deal breaker for me!

I have used tonies for around 3 years now and I can't explain the impact they have had in helping my son progress with his speech and language. I highly recommend tonies to everyone that had young children.

All staff members were so helpful, fast to respond and the issue was resolved really quickly and easily.

Tonie box stopped charging so contacted them as was under warranty. Claim sorted super fast and new Tonie sent out - with a free upgrade to the Tonie Box 2 and a gift included. Communication throughout was prompt; very pleased with everything about the process :)

We love the tonie box in our house, the boys listen to it every night, and now their abit older they go and put story's on when playing in there room, we had the box now for 3 years it's still going strong.
