I originally bought a Tonies 2 box at Christmas for my son, that box broke with a fox alert in less than 30 days, they were great and sent me a voucher to get a new box sent out straight away!

Fast forward 5 months, that new Tonies 2 box has stopped working, it turns on but does not play the tonies characters.

I have been emailing since June to try to get this rectified, I am still in my 2-year warranty but I have had no response. I do not recommend this company, all communication seems to be AI, which when you're having an issue is deeply frustrating and there is no contact number!!!

I have contacted them on many different occasions through their website and each time I'm asked for information and videos, I send the information and videos and I get no response, just an email asking how I think they have done and then when I try to click the link, it says the link doesn't work, convenient for them!

After reading all the reviews, the majority of what I have seen are comments about the tonies box stopping working, which is absolutely shocking especially the amount I have seen to which they seem to think sending out a new one is the answer instead of actually working out the issues that seem to be reoccurring and that they have no repair team?!

I can't help but feel like this is a scam and extremely wasteful of product, money and time!

At this point I just want a refund as I have zero trust in the boxes or company!

What's frustrating is I bought one because a good friend of mine has had the first Tonies box for years and it's been amazing! I don't understand how they can do so good with the first box but so wrong with the new version!?

Again I don't recommend, you'll not only waste money but more importantly your time!

We have had a toniebox for our little girl for a couple of years now. The first we had an issue with the speaker and found the customer service around this issue fantastic. We had a replacement within a week.
We recently found that the charger station had stopped working, and once again the customer service around this issue was second to none. Quick replies to email and a new charger station dispatched. Couldn’t recommend a toniebox enough. My little girl doesn’t go to sleep without hers playing and we’re very grateful for how much use we’ve had out of it. Great product and great company!

Absolutely exceptional customer service. From the point of contact with the team, within a few hours they have supported me and confirmed I could receive a replacement Tonie Box for my daughter. Gold standard customer service. Thank you so much - a pure delight!

Tonieboxes are very expensive for what they are and the stories also super expensive for some that are very short.

We've had a Toniebox for 2 years and 10 months but only been in use for 2 years and 8 months and the battery is dead. It won't even work on the charger. It is out of warranty and nothing Tonies can do.

I wouldn't recommend purchasing based on this - a lot of investment for something with poor longevity for a product like this that you would hope last longer for childhood.

Disappointing all round from Tonies.

Our first toniesbox stopped charging and the customer team was excellent in offering us a discount on a toniesbox 2 so our little one could enjoy his bedtime stories! Everything went smoothly from prompt replies from the support team to the delivery of the new toniesbox!

My Tonies 2 ear stopped working, it’s still in warranty so after emailing Tonies letting them know their top priority was getting it replaced so my little one could have his sleep music playing again asap. Brilliant customer service

My daughter is 21 with special needs and is non vocal. I purchased the original Tonie box, but my daughter loved it so much I got her Tonie box 2 on her birthday last year. I recently changed WiFi networks and struggled to connect it back up. A member of staff emailed me and my problem was solved. Many thanks👌

Quick to send out, always parcelled up great so my kids don't know what's inside. Always a good service

We have had tonieboxes for 6 years - our most recent purchase stopped charging but customer services responded same evenings and resolved issue.

Incredible customer service! We loved Tonies before, we have 2 boxes in the house and lots of Tonies to share but our youngest child's one stopped working, it was under warranty and Tonies immediately sent out a brand new replacement that arrived a couple days later - we are very grateful! They've also sent us freebies in various orders in the past and are generally just very lovely. 🙂

We got our first toniebox for the arrival of our firstborn, with a white noise tonie to help him sleep. Nearly 5 years later our family has grown and so has our love of Tonies. From dancing in the kitchen to our favourite songs, listening to the same stories on repeat, using creative tonies and choosing what's on it to now having a toniebox 2 and getting to play games on it. The screen free time is fantastic and the children love it, there's a huge variety of tonies and plenty to keep them entertained and engage their imagination.

Tonies are a great screen free activity in our home. The mixture between musical, stories and bedtime tonies means we can use them throughout the day to dance, listen, wind down and make this a part of our bedtime routine.

The app is great I can control the tonie box remotely and cap volume controls.

My orders are well packaged and email communication has always been fab. Not forgetting the occasional free tonie in our order which lets us explore something we wouldn't have necessarily tried.

Tonies are amazing and the Tonies play is fun for kids too. My son loves playing and listening to his Tonie box.

I blught my son a tonie box and figures and honestly was the best item I have ever bought he loves it so much and so do my other teenagers would highly recommend and will be buying more

Our son’s Toniebox had become an important part of his bedroom routine; he’s autistic and likes the same routine each evening. I contacted Tonies when the Toniebox’s ears stopped working and after sending them a video they happily sent us an upgrade of the Toniebox 2. We really appreciate this and so does our Son who is happily enjoying his bedtime routine again. Communication was quick and easy and the customer service was great and helpful.

My tonies arrived within a couple of days and they have been a hit to test out ready for Christmas
