My son had a toniebox 1 bought for his first Christmas which he absolutely loved! Recently the toniebox had a fault and wouldn’t hold charge. My son struggled without his toniebox at night, I quickly contacted toniebox customer service, provided them with a receipt of purchase, I sent back the toniebox that we had and within a couple of days had a brand new toniebox 2 sent out. My son was so excited to have a toniebox back and the new updated toniebox 2 was a bonus!!! Thank you toniebox for your amazing service!

Have been a fan of tonies for 4 years my daughter is obsessed we have quite the collection. Up to about a week ago my tonie box stopped charging (we had the old style) …got in touch with tonies customer service and honestly the ease and way they have gone above and beyond has made me so happy! New toniebox 2 replacement has been sent out and I cannot fault them, so happy and so grateful cannot thank them enough
(And just a quick mention to how fantastic the “today with tonies” podcast is which we have listened every day to for years)

We have 3 little kids and a big collection of 33 Tonies. We buy them for Christmas, birthdays, and other occasions because the kids absolutely love them and these boxes are a huge part of their daily lives.
When both of our boxes stopped working, our bedtime routine turned into a total mess and it was so stressful.
Mary from the support team was absolutely amazing!
We first spoke on a Sunday and she was so lovely, helping me do the quick troubleshooting checks. When we saw they couldn't be fixed, I posted the old ones back on Monday and showed her the proof of postage.
She immediately approved our replacement boxes and fast-tracked the shipping right away! They even sent us the new Toniebox 2 as replacements!
This is honestly the best customer service I have ever experienced. Thank you so much, Mary! You brought the smiles back to our home!😍❤️

The support team and customer service at Tonie are fantastic! Our TonieBox had a fault and within 12 hours I was supported through the process and a replacement and return was organised. My little boy adores his Tonies and listens to them every night. I hear the vocabulary from the stories he listens to at bedtime coming out in his role play and in his conversations and I can’t recommend this product enough to anyone with a toddler!

I reached out to Tonies after my daughter’s Toniebox 1 unfortunately stopped working and wouldn’t charge. From the very first response, their customer service was absolutely fantastic. They were incredibly helpful, friendly and accommodating throughout the whole process.

They asked for a few simple details, which I was able to provide straight away, and then sent me a link to their replacement portal. My replacement was approved almost instantly! They provided a pre-paid postage label to return our Toniebox and, incredibly, within just 2 days we had received our upgraded Toniebox 2!

The entire experience was seamless, and I genuinely have absolutely nothing to complain about. Everyone I communicated with via email was helpful, friendly and incredibly responsive.

I was so impressed with the level of customer service from Tonies. It’s refreshing to experience a company that makes the whole process so easy and genuinely puts its customers first. 10/10 customer service!

Faultless and first class service from beginning to end!

Absolutely made up with our purchase, even though our son is now 7 and only just had this for his birthday last week, I feel I have missed out on years of this incredible invention. I bought this with the intention of helping my son wind down at bed time, however soon as he walks in the door from anywhere at any time of day, its the first thing he does when he walks in, is put his Tonie box on. Shrek and Blippi are a firm fav.
Honestly, obsessed with our box, couldn't be happier with the purchase 😊

Our second Toniesbox for our 53year old SEN brother , the first time in his life he has been able to self select music . He loves all things Disney and although totally blind can now find his favourites .
Excellent product

I purchased a Tonie bundle and have collected numerous Tonie characters .
The box stopped working suddenly, I went through all the process of re starting the box , without sucrose. I contacted Tonie who basically said sorry but we can’t help you the box is more than two years old .
I’ve researched this problem and it’s a common problem with the box . I asked about repair but got no answer . I am now left with numerous tonies and no way to play them .
Don’t buy this item it’s expensive and it doesn’t last . Very poor

We've over 400 figures and we love each and every one of them ❤️ so nice when you order and get a nice surprise freebie too, always makes you feel like a valued customer thats for sure, just recently got our first tonie box 2 and omg it was incredible. My son absolutely loves his Toniebox. We have had a few little mishaps with some of our boxes and headphones, but the customer service is honestly amazing. We have never had a single issue that they haven’t resolved for us.
Having a child with additional needs, the Toniebox has been one of the best replacements for screen time and has helped so much with his speech and development. He absolutely loves it and uses it every single day.
The amount of Tonies and content available is also amazing. We currently have 51 Tonies and still have sooo many more we want to collect, I think collecting them has definitely become part of the fun for us too.
Couldn’t recommend Tonies enough, both for the product itself and the brilliant customer service.

I needed to change my address on a pre order I had placed. I was initially told that it was not possible to change address on an order than had already been placed, but the staff member said she would do what she could as it was a pre order. She escalated my query to the relevant team and they were able to sort it for me quickly. The communication was great and I was very pleased with how my query was dealt with. Excellent service, thank you.

I've been using Tonie products for almost a year now and I'm so happy to see the joy, calm and education it's brought to my little boy. I have bought many years of Tonies to come in advance and I can't wait to experience them with him.
We live in a non English speaking country so to have access to my mother tongue in this way, to share with him, is invaluable.

My son’s tonie box is our favourite toy he owns. We love it. We use it for calm time, bed time, car journeys. Our son used to hate the car but now he listens to his tonie box and he’s fine. We love how it enables us to sometimes get stuff done around the house without him using a screen. The characters are so cute as well! Can’t fault it.

My experience was so positive all my questions were answered quickly and accurately and the result was outstanding

My daughter loves her tonies box, it’s a huge part of her bedtime routine and she’d be lost without it. Unfortunately, it stopped charging. I contacted Tonies and everyone I spoke to was so helpful, I got a replacement a few days later, which was the Tonies 2, upgraded! The customer service team are fab, couldn’t wish for any better.

We absolutely love our Toniebox! We started with the Toniebox 1 and it quickly became such a well-used part of our home. The bedtime story Tonies are a firm favourite, but I especially love the Creative-Tonies — being able to record your own voice is such a lovely feature, and we’ve also used ours for everything from tidy-up games and routines to bedtime countdowns and mindfulness.

Recently our Toniebox 1 unfortunately stopped charging, so I contacted Tonies for some help. I honestly couldn’t believe how good their customer service was. I received helpful replies almost instantly, they quickly confirmed that our box was still under warranty and arranged a replacement with absolutely no hassle.

Not only did they replace it, they sent us a brand new Toniebox 2 which arrived within 48 hours! They then followed up afterwards to make sure it had arrived safely and that everything was working as it should.

I genuinely don’t think I’ve ever experienced customer service quite like it. No chasing, no jumping through hoops — just incredibly quick, friendly and helpful service from start to finish.

We already loved Tonies as a product, but this experience has made me recommend the company even more. It’s so reassuring to know that when you invest in something for your children, the company actually stands behind its products and looks after its customers.
