Our 1 year old loves his tonie box. I would like to see more singing and dancing creative though as this is what he's most interested him and we're getting tired of baby shark lol

Hands down the best gift we got for our 1 year old. She uses it everyday and it’s wonderful! A whole world of stories, music and laughter. The Creator Tonies keep our overseas families songs and stories in our home and it’s easy for our daughter to use on her own whenever she likes. 100% recommended

Absolutely love Tonie and all they stand for! My boy uses his Tonie day and night! Weve got quite the collection, Toy Story is next on the list for him 😅

We had a codeword said on our box 'fox' advised Tonie and they were amazing and so quick to reply and get it sorted! Cannot wait for our replacement.

It was the best thing I have ever done buying this amazing toy for my granddaughter and foster children. I would definitely recommend this to family and friends.

We had a tonies 1 but it had a fault, tonies themselves helped me very quickly and I then ordered a tonies 2. It is absolutely loved!

My son LOVES his Tonie Box. He uses it both during the day & at bedtime. Only thing which is annoying, is that even though the app shows all the Tonies he owns, you can’t play them directly from the app if out & about- like you can with a Yoto. Otherwise it’s brilliant! Has been able to use it on his own since he got it on his 3rd birthday. Highly recommend!
Customer service is also great and helped me sooo much when I had an issue with the headphones.

Je suis extrêmement déçue de la façon dont ma réclamation a été traitée.

Une offre commerciale était proposée avec des cadeaux/surprises. J’ai passé commande dans le cadre de cette opération et, au moment de la réception, les cadeaux annoncés n’étaient pas présents. J’ai donc tout naturellement contacté le service client pour comprendre la situation.

La réponse qui m’a été apportée est que les stocks étaient épuisés et qu’il n’était donc plus possible de me faire parvenir les cadeaux, ni même de trouver une quelconque solution ou de proposer un geste commercial.

Que les stocks soient épuisés, je peux éventuellement l’entendre. Ce que je n’accepte pas, c’est que le client soit simplement laissé sans solution après avoir commandé dans le cadre d’une offre promotionnelle.

Quand une enseigne met en avant une opération commerciale pour inciter à commander, il me semble normal qu’elle assume ensuite ses engagements et qu’elle cherche au minimum à proposer une solution lorsqu’un problème survient.

Le plus décevant reste surtout l’attitude du service client : aucune véritable recherche de solution, aucun geste commercial, et finalement le sentiment que le problème du client n’est tout simplement pas leur problème.

Pour moi, ce n’est absolument pas une manière correcte de traiter un client.

Je partage donc cet avis pour que les futurs clients sachent à quoi s’attendre en cas de problème avec une offre promotionnelle : une fois la commande passée, si le cadeau n’est plus disponible, apparemment il n’y a tout simplement rien à faire.

Très mauvaise expérience et, surtout, très mauvaise gestion de ma réclamation. Je ne recommande pas.

It’s easy to judge a company when they are doing well, but a good company is one who supports their customers even in the bad times. We had a broken tonie, the customer service team were brilliant as soon as we reported it. We were under warranty and they replaced the broken tonie extremely quickly. We know it’s a one off as we have other tonies in the household. Other companies can learn how to treat their customers from Tonie.

Très mauvaise expérience avec le SAV Tonies.

Ma Toniebox est tombée en panne avec le code erreur « Renard ». Tonies reconnaît le problème et accepte le remplacement au titre de la garantie, mais la prise en charge devient quasiment impossible dès lors que l’on habite à La Réunion.

Le numéro d’assistance téléphonique indiqué ne me permet pas de joindre le SAV. On me demande de remplir un formulaire pour être rappelé, ce que j’ai fait, mais personne ne m’a rappelé.

Pour l’échange, Tonies me demande de faire parvenir à mes frais la Toniebox défectueuse en métropole chez un proche, qui devra ensuite effectuer le retour avec leur étiquette. La nouvelle Toniebox serait également envoyée uniquement en métropole et je devrais ensuite organiser et payer son acheminement jusqu’à La Réunion.

Je trouve cette situation particulièrement décevante pour un produit reconnu défectueux et pris en charge sous garantie. Les limitations du système logistique de l’entreprise ne devraient pas faire supporter au client des frais et une telle organisation.

J’ai demandé une solution simple : une prise en charge intégrale de l’échange ou le remboursement de la Toniebox.

En l’absence de solution satisfaisante, je vais également effectuer un signalement auprès de SignalConso/DGCCRF afin que les modalités d’application de la garantie pour les clients de La Réunion puissent être examinées.

Une étoile pour le moment. Je modifierai naturellement cet avis si Tonies apporte une solution satisfaisante.

I’ve had so many great experiences with Tonies. We have various types of Tonies including the Tonie Play Games. So far love them all. My 4 and 6 year old enjoy a whole variety of them - from their own podcast style ones, to the Science Museum and Numberblock Range and all inbetween.
I’ve also interacted with Customer Service a couple of times about various things and honestly think their team is second to none. They are super helpful and very aware that there are little people who are using this device depending on them.
I would honestly recommend these to anyone. The only thing that’d be desirable would be a small travel size one that we could take on holiday easily.

Easy ordering, quick delivery and my child loves the Paw Patrol ones which he had for his birthday.

The Box itself is wonderful, a wonderful concept. A magical way for children to experience tech without it being a screen in their face. My only grumble is that the disney characters do not have their original soundtrack from the films. They instead have a cover artist, probably copyright reasons I'd imagine, but what I dont understand is why they went for such..low quality singers. Thats the nicest way to put it. The music and songs are very noticeably different, bit of a let down.

My special needs daughter can access stories and songs herself with the tonies box and I don’t need to worry about it breaking it as it is robust.

Just had a brilliant experience with their customer service. It started with the bots so I was a bit dubious, but I was swiftly moved through the steps to an agent who was super helpful and patient. The process to get replacement was really clear, and the agent stayed on while I did it AND made sure it came through. Very happy!

Excellent never had an issue my children love

Really enjoying our tonie box 2 with my 1 year old. We only have 4 characters atm, the farm set of 3 and ruby the creative tonie but can't wait to get more. We love love love the farm set. The cow song is a proper bop and really enjoying the creative character. The free songs available to put on the creative characters are brilliant, we love all the tonie original songs and the twinkle songs. Just wish there was a way to find more content to add to her, i would happily pay for more to add.
It would also be nice if there was a way to have different languages. I've only found a few french songs which is sad. It would be good to have a setting you can change everything you buy into a different language or even a payable option to do that. Still, highly recommend and we are very happy with our purchase.

The toniebox2 is a great invention. Our 2 year old has used it pretty much non stop to listen to stories and songs whilst playing since she got it. When there was a problem with one of the tonies, customer service were quick to try and resolve, when they couldn't they gave us a free tonie as a goodwill.
