Airstream Filter Eco Charcoal Filter Set B
I ordered filters for the hood, on the website itself and in the photo everything was identical to mine that needed to be replaced.
A completely different product arrived, twice as big and does not match the photo in the product description on the website.
I had to return it. I paid for delivery twice at my own expense. Although I think it was not my fault.
But I contacted customer support quickly...

When you contacted us to return the item, we promptly provided return options, and at no point was it mentioned that the product image or description was incorrect. If you had raised this concern at the time, we would have looked into it further and done our best to help.

Handling queries and resolving issues
I recently purchased a 20 inch pro+ chainsaw, assembled it and proceeded to do some work.there were issues in relation to starting chainsaw from a cold situation, spoke to customer service representative in TOC.arranged for collection of chainsaw by courier and delivery of a replacement chainsaw (new),all without any additional cost to me.i find this to be exceptional quality of service, in a world where it is sadly lacking. They have excellent customer service. The first delivery left me short an item. They returned with the missing item the same day. If you have any queries etc They will get back to you straight away. I had ordered awkward heavy building items and the delivery guys were so helpful. They brought everything in to the back garden without even having to ask. Was offered a return, but I had already used before I realised. Asked for a partial refund as a show of good faith on their error but was denied. Significant cost to obtaining the add ons that appeared included in the website purchase
