I ordered 7 of the slogan mugs. I only realised after that there was a promo code that gave a discount. I got in contact with Ciara who sorted out the issue for me. She was very helpful and I was very grateful.
Order came a few days later and I was very happy with the mugs and service. Thanks to Ciara.

Ordered plasterboard from here
Ordered plasterboard from here, came in a timely manner. Is what it is but it did arrive with some damage to it which was possibly during transportation. Not a big deal, some of the plasterboard had chipped/ fallen out of the side. I didn't need the whole piece so I didn't feel the need to stir up something.
Couldn't fault a thing otherwise.

Fast delivery, driver left the tumble dryer outside the front door, wouldn’t bring it inside. As a woman living on her own, I wasn’t impressed. Wouldn’t buy from them again.

We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to have your tumble dryer left outside and not brought into your home, particularly as you mentioned living on your own.
For orders delivered outside of Co. Limerick, we work with a third-party courier service. As outlined in our shipping terms, their service is limited to kerbside delivery only, which unfortunately means they are not insured or able to bring items inside a property. We recognise that this can be very difficult for customers in situations such as yours, and we are truly sorry that this was the case with your order.

Absolutely fantastic service
Absolutely fantastic service! I had an issue with my Sage Barista coffee machine, and the team couldn’t have been more helpful. I was provided with several different options, including a full refund. Delivery of my replacement was incredibly quick, and the whole process was handled with such professionalism and care.
Michael and Brianna were genuinely focused on customer satisfaction. It’s rare to find service at this level, especially when making such a big purchase, and it has given me huge confidence in shopping with them again. I will definitely return for future purchases and highly recommend them.

Paid for Diamond coat ronseal which was then out of stock and couldnt be sourced from the supplier! I thought the price was too cheap, perhaps you need to update your website. Product readily available elsewhere albeit at a higher price.

1st online purchase of a mattress. Unfortunately the 1 I ordered was not in stock, but it was replaced within 24 hours with a different model from same manufacturer as we agreed. My credit card was refunded within 2 days with the price difference. The prompt delivery by DPD also impressed me.

Poor communication and service
My granddaughter asked me to help her buy a special umbrella on line as a birthday gift for her mother as her old one broke. We searched online and found the perfect colour one at TOC. Nearly a week went by without any communication from TOC. I received an email 6 days after the order saying there was a slight delay. I replied the following day to be told it would be sent out that afternoon. In the afternoon I received another email to say they didn't have the colour that was picked. Yes funds were returned but it is not professional to let a customer wait a week before informing them they were out of stock especially when the website stated there were 5 in stock. I've hade to travel an hour away to go shopping to look for another umbrella urgently as I didn't want to disappoint my granddaughter having no birthday gift for her mother. Buying online I deliberately picked an Irish company. Very disappointed with the service. Very poor communication. One frustrated grandma trying to explain why it's good to buy Irish!

While we did process your refund promptly, we recognise that this doesn’t make up for the frustration and the extra effort you had to go to in order to find another gift.
