We’re sorry to hear that you haven’t received your order yet. Your order was placed using our standard delivery service, which can take 3–5 working days from the date the order is placed. Today is the 5th working day, so your order is still within the expected delivery time frame.
We have had no previous contact from you regarding this, so unfortunately we were not aware of any potential delay. The courier does not notify us of individual delivery delays, so we would only become aware of an issue once a customer gets in touch with us.
I can see that your order was dispatched on 2nd October, and we have now raised this with the courier to investigate. A member of our customer service team will also be in touch with you via email to help resolve this if necessary.

We’ve looked into this for you and can see that your order was dispatched from us on 1st October. Unfortunately, the tracking is showing a delay with the courier. Your second order was sent separately with a different courier on a next day service, which is why this has arrived sooner.
We haven’t received any contact from you regarding the delayed parcel, so unfortunately we wouldn’t have been aware that there was an issue until you got in touch. However, we certainly want to help get this resolved.

Thank you for your review. We’ve looked into your order and can see that two parcels were delivered on 2nd October. One parcel contained the cake cards, and the other contained the icing sugar.
The tracking information includes an image showing both parcels being delivered, so we would recommend checking with other members of your household or anyone else who may have accepted the second parcel on your behalf.
