Delivery service is bad
Whilst I always purchase my baking needs from vanilla valley, and pay the postage of £3.99 for delivery within 3/5 working days i am now 7 days in and still waiting for my order. This isn't really acceptable and as a business I would seriously consider changing your courier service, as I'm sure it would of cost the same in postage to send via royal mail. As I said I'm 7 days since my order was placed, and haven't even received an email from the courier, evri, to say when it is out for delivery. Sorry vanilla valley your courier company is letting you down 😞

Our standard delivery time frame is 3–5 working days, excluding Saturdays and Sundays. Unfortunately, your order has now reached the sixth working day, which is outside our expected delivery window.
As we had not previously been made aware that your parcel had not arrived, a member of our customer service team will raise this with Evri and investigate the delay. They will then contact you via email with a further update.

Ordering was easy and Customer Service is good.
Ordering was easy, but there was a delay in my package being delivered - down to EVRI delivery service. A couple of the items I ordered were not in stock. This did not show up at the point of ordering, but I have been promised a refund.
I have used Vanilla Valley for a long time, and am happy with the service.

Whilst we do our best to maintain accurate stock levels, regrettably, discrepancies can occasionally occur between the physical stock we hold and the quantities recorded on our system. We carry out regular stock checks to keep these issues to a minimum, however as we stock thousands of products, unfortunately, not every discrepancy is identified in time.
