Spectra helped improve my H&S scoring immensely. This was a seamless process with a very professional Account Manager making me aware of the E learning services provided on their portal and which courses were advantageous for our buisiness.

Pete, our dedicated advisor, routinely checks in to ensure everything is running smoothly for us.

Spectra have been amazing on so many levels. They have assisted with the renewal of our CHAS accreditation, the setting up of our health and safety management systems and very supportive of the teams who run the day to day operations. They are always there to assist with all matters regarding health and safety and provide us with updates and advice whenever required.

Only minor comment - it would be useful when annual updates of documentation are sent out if any changes could be highlighted as part of the process. This would make it a bit slicker and smoother for all!

Our experience with Spectra has been positive so far- rigorous and thorough with approachable and knowledgeable consultants, I would recommend using this company for all of your H&S project needs.

I've had brilliant support and guidance from my HR Consultant every step of the way. They are responsive, they listen and they don't talk jargon. They just give practical advice that's easy to follow. I've had some very challenging employment issues to deal with over the last couple of years and could not have got through these difficult times without them.

After 18 months with The Safety Group Limited t/a Spectra Safety we wrote to them to cancel the contract and were informed that they lock their clients in for a minimum of three years without exception. When asked if we could alter the contract to something that may be of use for the remainder they asked what services we would like. I asked what was available and they responded by listing the other services they can provide only to say we did not need service no.1 and as service no. 2 was provided by a sister company they could not give us that either so we could not in fact have anything else for our money! Customer service at its finest - not!

We had put up with sloppy .doc Word files that were poorly presented and difficult to use because we did not need to use many very often and could manage with the basics. But after a new contract came in and we needed to produce 27 documents quickly it became a nightmare to manage using their system. They send all the documents that they think you'll need annually and ask you to set up a call with your rep to go through them (I am still waiting on ours) then leave you to get on with it. If there is anything you need not included they charge you for it additionally and again send out secondhand documents that are not formatted correctly or in up to date Word files.

The whole experience has left an extremely bad taste in my mouth and I would avoid them as they are not worth the effort.
