Spectra provide an excellent service. They have consistently delivered in supporting us on a variety of FM and PPM projects across the UK within extensive PBSA locations. They have the experience and expertise to handle large scale projects, but equally have the capacity to manage smaller scale works alike, always being available to support wherever and whenever needed. Strongly recommended.

Spectra have assisted our projects (Lovell Partnerships) as Principal Designer (CDM) for a number of years. Their service is very much tailored to our needs and expectations, whilst always at hand for advice and guidance.

Spectra has been a key partner in shaping our company's Health & Safety protocols over the years. Their team is consistently professional, responsive, and supportive. Pete and Stuart, our advisors, ensure smooth operations and communication is outstanding. While some documentation could benefit from clearer updates for ease, their prompt assistance is invaluable. However, the lengthy contract and document management system can be challenging. Overall, their expertise and service merit a strong recommendation.

Small company - contract of employment

We contacted Spectra after a recommendation. As a small company we needed a contract of employment for an employee who was joining us. The team were very helpful and after a short conversation with Alison regarding our needs, the contract was on our desk the next day and it was all as expected.
