I was first introduced to Spectra HR advisory service when I was a HR manager supporting my employer with organisational design changes. Spectra’s team were really clear with the advice and explaining the risks associated with a different options for me to translate back to the board team.

Further on my career as a HR leader have attended multiple events hosted by Spectra and again if their attention to detail on explaining changes to legislation and employee requirements is second to none.

I would recommend partnering with Spectra if you haven’t a HR team on your PAYE or perhuif you find yourself in a situation where your current team hasn’t been exposed to an issue, you are faced.
