We have been working with Spectra since 2017, and their services have been fantastic. Over the years, they have provided comprehensive Health & Safety consultancy, audits, and risk assessments, ensuring our operations remain compliant and our people are safe! Their advice on legislative changes has been particularly useful, with Spectra supporting us with our legal register and providing regular updates.
In the time working with Spectra we have moved to a new facility about 5 years ago. Spectra provide support and guidance through H&S Gap Analysis, by implementing recommendations and improvements we steadily increased our scores from 75%. I am pleased to say we achieved 98% on the last full audit and on the last two reviews we scored 100%.
In addition to their H&S consultancy services, we also utilise the expertise of Qualitas, a part of the Spectra group. Qualitas conducts external independent audits of our integrated management system, ensuring our certification to the following standards: ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environmental), ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety), and ISO 45003 (Occupational Mental Health and Wellbeing). Their thorough and professional approach has been instrumental in maintaining our high standards.
The service and support provided by Spectra and Qualitas have been indispensable to our organisation. We look forward to continuing our successful partnership in the future.

I recently enlisted the help of Alison Kirk of Spectra HR, in what was a very complex, out of the ordinary disciplinary case.
