Call with agent was very great
Call with agent was very good
I used another lender Molo and they were atrocious. I lost money there.
But so far MW has been good and we communicate via email and calls which the opposite with Molo.

Great rate and exemplary service
We recently remortgaged a Buy to Let property from another provider to The Mortgage Works. The rate we got was great, and the service was exemplary. Our Consultant at The Mortgage Works, Laura McBurney, was great - professional, knowledgeable, helpful and kept in touch with us every step of the way. All sorted, much cheaper than our existing provider, we are very happy customers! Thanks Laura.

Great staff experience
The staff member Laura was incredibly helpful. I had to switch mortgage type completely which I’ve never had to do before. Laura made me feel like no question was a stupid question. She went through everything as thoroughly as she could and most of the time in meetings like this I come out feeling a bit overwhelmed. Laura made everything so clear and understanding that I’ve left with no questions and happy with the deal I’ve got (if it passes the application). I compared deals on uswitch first but the mortgage rates was still the best deal I could get.

Very helpful, friendly people to deal with. I've taken out a number of Limited Co. BTL remortgages with them recently and would certainly recommend.

As an experienced Property Landlord/Developer, I have come across many brokers and consultants. I can safely say my experience of dealing with The Mortgage Works was made even better by the impeccable service provided by Richard Buttling. From the first time we spoke to the mortgage offer being issued, Richard was there to help me in every step of the way. I cannot speak highly enough of Richard. A credit to the company and himself.
