I will not use this company EVER again
I will not use this company EVER again. My late fathers mortgage was with them and after he passed away I had a horrific time with them. They wouldn't allow me to alter his term and keep it fixed or move to lower rate so jumped the mortgage up from £500 per month to £2000. They also would not allow it to transfer into my name and then started legal proceedings to reposes the property as it took us 2 years to get probate. My local Nationwide branch apologised for how they had handled everything. Absolutely disgusting!
