I spoke to Syeda Rizvi this morning. I was surprised that I did not have to wait long. But, what a pleasure it was to speak to somebody who is so efficient and quietly calm. She did not know the answer to my queries (yes, plural), but she managed to ask/find answers by asking somebodyelse rather than giving the wrong info. A great and efficient to start my day.

I would like to thank your Mortgage Consultant Laura McBurney for her help and professionalism throughout the process. The remortgage was not straightforward due to a utility company registering bad credit on my credit file without my knowledge, however Laura was very helpful in her guidance and to be honest perseverance with me. A true credit to the company and even replied to emails over the Christmas period and late in the evening. Thanks once again Regards Graham

Mortgage deals are a bit of a minefield for me. Beth dealt with our remortgage efficiently and with patience.Problems encountered along the way were dealt with quickly.

I would like to highlight the professionalism and patience demonstrated by Donna (employee number T530759) I was trying to correct an error which my broker had made and thankfully Donna did everything she could to assist me. she was calm polite professional and empathetic to my anxiety. My circumstances made normal communications difficult. They were very accommodating and quick to adapt so that we could get the needed completed.

Tilly Lovegrove at The Mortgage Works was very kind and friendly during my consultation with her to transfer my mortgage to TMW from a different lender. She was patient and explained everything clearly and in language that it was easy for me to understand. She had a positive approach to her job and having experienced speaking to people at other banks who make you feel like you are a hinderance by simply asking them to do their job as you would expect – it was an absolute pleasure working with Tilly.

Aside from one instance, I have always had a positive experience when contacting any of the advisors at The Mortgage Works.

I spoke to Sophea Rowlands at Mortgage Works. She was very knowledgeable, confident , great attention to detail. She handled my product switch efficiently and provided me with a cost effective solution with a range of options. I would be happy to liaise with Sophea in the future .

Call with agent was very good
I used another lender Molo and they were atrocious. I lost money there.

But so far MW has been good and we communicate via email and calls which the opposite with Molo.
