Free delivery code
Received an email offering free delivery if I subscribed to emails which I did. Instant response saying code had been sent fortunately I took a screen shot of response, no code received. Left it overnight to see if it came after a delay. Contacted Koinclub next day request back for me to confirm not in junk folders and send copy of screen shot which I did then deathly silence waited until late afternoon contacted chat line then was given code so eventually resolved well done Koinclub for that but quite a time consuming process.

I must say this was the most confusing place to purchase coins lol.
I would place an order, pay, then receive an email notifying me that my order has been canceled! It took time till I realized you need a subscription per category ie: winni , monopoly and so forth .
Some items can be purchased without a subscription but you need to do your due diligence. Hopefully this is helpful. Will update once I receive my first order.

Sandy,
We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us. We understand that the process of purchasing coins and navigating the subscription model was confusing, and we sincerely apologize for any frustration this caused. We are actively working to make our purchasing process clearer and more intuitive for everyone. Your feedback about the need for clearer guidance on subscriptions per category is invaluable, and we are taking it into consideration as we improve our platform. We are glad to hear you've placed your first order and look forward to your update.
If there’s anything more we can do to support you, our team is available via live chat, email, or Messenger.
