Nothing Received and Second Order Just Billed
I placed a promotional order for the Batman Collection but I never received the first coin and I now got charged £45 for the next. It feels like a scam since I havent heard anything from them to explain the delay or the notification of the next order being about to go off. I tried contacting their support on my phone and none of the Contact Us buttons work. I finally got it on the PC to find that they dont have options for this type of support and the one I chose has a wait time. Quite worried this is a scam and want a refund!
