I order a coin collection of Ancient Egypt ll set of 12 coins, and I received during a lengthy period of time. But not long ago, once I received the 12 coin collection, I was not expecting that they would take extra money out of my account. So, I called them and asked why they took money out of my account without my authorisation, and they replied that they sent me an extra coin that I did not order. And wouldn't return the money into my account until I return the coin that until now, I have not received. Also, they wouldn't provide me with a returned label. So once I receive the extra coin, I will be out of poket to post it. Terrible customer service.

The coin was missing, package opened with certificate but coin had been stolen.

Customer service were wonderful. I had some issues with a delivery that arrived with damaged open packaging and they were very patient with me in my frustrated state. I honestly wasn't sure if they'd even be able to help and was worried they might try to blame the courier, but they accepted responsibility and went out of their way and sorted it out promptly and kindly. Initially I was worried the chat assistance was going to be just AI, but they have real humans online to assist, which was a huge relief!
If I was forced to give one negative comment about the business it would just be that they maybe send a few too many ad emails, but that's basically everyone these days, and I'm sure i can probably just change that in my account settings if i stop forgetting to do it!
Some reviewers have stated that they felt tricked into subscriptions, but honestly, while they do offer a subscription service on their coin collections, I have found this to be very transparent. It's not every coin, only their collector series (as new coins are posted out as released) and this is something the Royal Mint also offers.
Other orders I've received from them have been great, no issues at all, and I just love the idea and surprise of the value mystery boxes! Fast shipping (especially considering I live up in Far North Queensland) and beautiful products with an amazing range.

Koin club offer me products that I may be interested in, and do not send me products that have multiple coins that I possibly won't be interested in, I generally prefer one off coins with an event, character, and occasionally the opportunity to purchase the odd commemorative first day cover without any pressure to buy multiple products from occasions like WW2. You may offer more than one coin ie 50p £2 coin £5 commemorative but you leave the choice to me on which or how many coins, stamps I wish to buy or not, that means a lot
