We think wearable ID is important. We realise that there are different circumstances under which you would want to buy some sort of ID product. Be it that you are looking for a way of helping to keep your children safe or you are worried about an accident when you are involved in sport or you are worried about a child with a medical condition or want to help protect your ageing family members or relatives, we have a range of great ID products to help. We created our company after looking for medical ID products ourselves. We found that most of the products available were either of inferior quality or were not easily updateable or we would have to go through the hassle and delays of ordering from the States or that we were going to be "ripped off" with the post and packing charges. We wanted to create a better way...! We offer high quality ID products to meet a range of different requirements. We provide a fast, efficient and friendly service and we make sure all our products are available at a realistic cost. We also make sure that we do not vastly inflate our post and packing charges. By offering our Medical ID Jewellery, Child ID Wristbands, Sports Wristbands, Medical Wristbands, and Helmet ID Tags, we think we will have you covered. If there are any products you think we should also be selling please let us know.

I rang the ID company and said what I needed. All spelling was checked before engraving both sides of a woven metal bracelet. Very smart, accurate and efficient.

We are sorry to see that you have given a low rating. As we are a UK company orders that are placed outside of the UK may take longer to arrive. We do provide you with two shipping methods at checkout FedEx international priority, which arrives within 3 business days or Royal Mail international Economy which may take up to 20 working days to arrive. You chose Royal Mail international Economy and therefore your order may take the 20 working days to arrive, if you have not received it by this time please send us and email and let us know.

Uopfordret anmeldelse
Besvarelse fra The ID Band Company
We’re sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with your purchase, though we feel it’s important to clarify a few points for the benefit of others reading this review.
The band you ordered is indeed made from silicone, as clearly stated multiple times in the product description. There are also several photographs on the listing, including one showing the band being worn, so customers can make an informed decision prior to purchase.
Each band is fully personalised and engraved using state of the art laser technology. As a small business, we take pride in offering free UK postage.
Our customer service team remained polite and professional at all times, despite receiving a series of messages with a rude and demanding tone – including statements such as “I demand a full refund.”
A pre-paid return envelope was promptly provided, and a full refund was issued once the item was returned.
Unfortunately, even after resolving the matter and refunding the full amount, communication from you has continued.
We always welcome constructive feedback. However, on this occasion, we must respectfully ask that you stop contacting us.

Help the Ambulance Service to help you!
Being able to contact you directly. Being able to rectify an error without any hassle. Being able to assist the Ambulance Service and any other medical professionals by showing them my Medical I.D card helped them to help me in an emergency. They said they wished every one carried this type of card.
