We think wearable ID is important. We realise that there are different circumstances under which you would want to buy some sort of ID product. Be it that you are looking for a way of helping to keep your children safe or you are worried about an accident when you are involved in sport or you are worried about a child with a medical condition or want to help protect your ageing family members or relatives, we have a range of great ID products to help. We created our company after looking for medical ID products ourselves. We found that most of the products available were either of inferior quality or were not easily updateable or we would have to go through the hassle and delays of ordering from the States or that we were going to be "ripped off" with the post and packing charges. We wanted to create a better way...! We offer high quality ID products to meet a range of different requirements. We provide a fast, efficient and friendly service and we make sure all our products are available at a realistic cost. We also make sure that we do not vastly inflate our post and packing charges. By offering our Medical ID Jewellery, Child ID Wristbands, Sports Wristbands, Medical Wristbands, and Helmet ID Tags, we think we will have you covered. If there are any products you think we should also be selling please let us know.

I'm really happy with my medical alert bracelet. I contacted the company to request a change of colour which they accommodated without any fuss, and they dispatched my order really quickly. The bracelet is comfortable to wear, and exactly what I wanted. It's reassuring to have my medical information clearly displayed. Fantastic customer service and a great product.

'Vegan leather' wristbands are useless!
Very disappointing product. For an important 'medical ID' - to be worn in case of emergencies - this wrist band was rubbish. After just 3 weeks it was clearly deteriorating.
The agent told me they hadn't seen this kind of problem with the "leather" before. That's simply inconceivable. Just 3 weeks...
They said the product description states it is 'vegan leather'. I replied that while that may well be 'vegan', it certainly isn't 'leather'.
They gave a full refund, but no compensation for the disappointment, inconvenience and frustration.

Efficient service and a useful product.
The ID dog collar label arrived promptly (thankyou for using Royal Mail). It was very easy to slide onto the collar and fits snugly and securely. After loosing so many dog tags because I am an idiot and kept clipping the lead to the tag rather than the collar, this is just what my doag and I needed.

Perfect!
Excellent. Delivery was fast and secure. The details were exactly as I had specified. The instructions on how to fit the band were very clear.
I wore my band for a cycling sportive last weekend and it drew some comments, all positive, and a few people wanting details.
I am in my mid 60’s with heart issues and this band not only gives me peace of mind that should I get into difficulty people will know why, but also my family are happy in the knowledge that they will be contacted.

Besvarelse fra The ID Band Company
Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you found the fitting instructions difficult to follow, and we appreciate that both you and your watchmaker struggled with them.
This is actually one of our most popular watch bands, and many customers fit them successfully, but we do understand that it isn't straightforward for everyone.
As discussed with our team over the phone, we're happy to make the band up to the correct size for you. Simply send the band back to us, together with your wrist size or finished band length you require, and we'll adjust it and return it to you ready to wear.
