We think wearable ID is important. We realise that there are different circumstances under which you would want to buy some sort of ID product. Be it that you are looking for a way of helping to keep your children safe or you are worried about an accident when you are involved in sport or you are worried about a child with a medical condition or want to help protect your ageing family members or relatives, we have a range of great ID products to help. We created our company after looking for medical ID products ourselves. We found that most of the products available were either of inferior quality or were not easily updateable or we would have to go through the hassle and delays of ordering from the States or that we were going to be "ripped off" with the post and packing charges. We wanted to create a better way...! We offer high quality ID products to meet a range of different requirements. We provide a fast, efficient and friendly service and we make sure all our products are available at a realistic cost. We also make sure that we do not vastly inflate our post and packing charges. By offering our Medical ID Jewellery, Child ID Wristbands, Sports Wristbands, Medical Wristbands, and Helmet ID Tags, we think we will have you covered. Very poor customer service
I bought an InfoMedic necklace for my Mum, and she said after an hour or so wear that the bottom of the pendant was irritating her. I felt it and it's the bottom of the screw cap which overhangs the bottom of the pendant. I phoned The ID Band Company and was firstly told it couldn't be because the back of the pendant was smooth, I said it was the bottom of the screw lying close to my Mum's chest and again lady argued that the pendant was 20inch long and wouldn't hang that low, which I then had to inform her Mum has osteoporosis and is bent over, that not I should have had to justify it. She then asked if I wanted a refund, when I asked about the returns postage as it wasn't just a change of mind, but a part of the item that was irritating Mum's already frail skin I was told they 'don't have pre-paid envelopes' so we would have to cover returns postage. When I said about it, lady said 'well you got a discount on the order (EpilepsyWarriors24 for anyone interested), so that should cover the returns', when I said that's not the point, she just rudely said 'well we don't have pre-paid envelopes so you'll have to cover returns' and basically put the phone down on me. Very poor customer service.

Thank you for your review. We take all customer feedback seriously, but we would like to clarify several points, as your description of the call does not accurately reflect what took place.
At no stage during our conversation was anyone argumentative, rude, or dismissive, nor was the phone “put down” on you. From the very beginning of the call, we made it clear that you were welcome to return the item for a refund.
To address the issue with the pendant:
• The back of this particular model is completely smooth, this is the part designed to sit directly against the skin.
• The ridged section you mentioned is located on the bottom of the pendant and is part of the screw mechanism. It does not sit against the body and should not be causing irritation in normal wear.
• You stated that the pendant was irritating your mother’s chest. We asked whether the original 20" chain was being used because, at that length, the pendant typically sits below the clavicle rather than at the top of the chest. This question was not intended to challenge you, but simply to understand the position of the pendant during wear.
Regarding return postage, we explained that we do not have the means to provide prepaid return labels. This information was provided factually and without any intention to be dismissive.
We understand that you are unhappy with the situation and once again we are happy to refund the order once returned.

Amazing quality and wonderful quick service
Couldnt praise this company enough. Very easy to order. I got in touch by phone to check it was ordered properly and the girl couldnt have been nicer and so helpful. I ordered 3 bracelets and they arrived very quick. Superb quality. And then my friend ordered one as well. I have Addisons Disease and I now feel very safe with my bracelet. Best product ever.
