The item didn’t seem the best quality and despite ordering a size small which I usually am it was an extremely long fit on my legs and I’m 5’7

The quality of their products is quite…
The quality of their products is quite disappointing; nearly every item I have purchased has had issues with piling. Literally worn once or twice..I had recently mentioned this issue, and explained due to an illness and ongoing treatment, I was unable to contact them sooner. However, the representative did not address this in their response, infact avoided even explaining or suggesting a solution; focusing instead on a current item problem. This is not the level of service one would expect from such a costly local brand. I am quite dissatisfied and would not be inclined to make future purchases or recommend them to others.
Today (13/7/26), I received a response here, and I am pleased to confirm that the issue with a recent product has been resolved. However, problems persist with older items, which are less than a year old. If the brand is unwilling to provide assistance, I believe contacting a UK television program that addresses consumer issues would be the most appropriate course of action. Any customer has a right to do this. I intend to pursue these matters further to TCC & await the outcome. Finally, I must express my disappointment regarding the misspelling of my name. It feels disrespectful and inappropriate. Although I am autistic, I am still a human being, and my name, consisting of only four letters, should not be difficult to spell correctly. Thank you.

I am so sorry to hear this is how you feel. This is not the standards we expect for our customers.
I have checked the communication between yourself and our CS team and i can see there was an issue with a cardigan you received with slight pilling. I can see the email enquiry was in regards to the exchange order funds that are held due to you selecting an instant exchange and not a regular one. You were unsure why funds were held therefore we explained this for you within the email chain.
I can see it was mentioned regarding illness and treatment within your email and regarding items ordered last Christmas however this had no relevance to this order as these items were ordered in June/July of this year. However it was mentioned that if we did not provide a adequate resolution that you would escalate this matter to a television channel and provide supporting evidence.
I can see this has now been resolved for you.

Great costumer service
Charlotte from the Costumer Service team, was amazing. Quick, friendly and really helpful on their replies.
For the company I would suggest check the deliveries out of the UK due the customs payments and clarify with the delivery company. The clothes are 10/10.

I am disappointed with the side of the…
I am disappointed with the side of the product, I bought a M size jacket but I received a jacket that is incredibly large (I would say XL easily)
Of course now I will return the product and on top of this, I need to pay for the delivery which is 25 euros since I'm in France and it needs to be sent to The UK, if I knew this would be the case, I would have avoided this online purchase.

I am so sorry to hear this has happened. I can see the item specifies its relaxed fit and also mentions in the description what size our model is wearing for comparison.
Within the email thread, you only mentioned that the item ran big and that you needed to return it, which is why you were just provided with the normal returns information for international customers.
Unforutnately we are unable to help with the cost of return for international customers as stated on our website,

I am so sorry to hear this is how you feel. This is not what we expected for our customer.
It is stated on our website, before, during and after purchasing with us that we do not offer help with international returns currently and the return does have to be paid for by yourself, that includes any duties and taxes for the return.
Regarding sizing, We do have all size guides and models sizing on the products description to help with sizing.
