I am so sorry to hear you have not received your item, I can see the order was due to be delivered to the click and collect location however this was refused which meant this had been returned to sender and we have received the order back.

The pants arrived with defective…
The pants arrived with defective pockets. I emailed the company, and they sent me a link to return the item. However, the return portal doesn’t offer an option to return the product from my country. Since then, they haven’t replied to me.

I am so sorry you have not received your order. I have taken a look and can not seem to find any communication from you regarding this issue, with our CS team.
I can see this order was last scanned on the 10th July with the courier, you selected for this to be shipped with EVRI standard delivery. It looks like the address entered on the order by you, may also be incomplete without a apartment/flat number and just the building name, which is the reason why this may be taking some time to be delivered.
Please do get in touch with EVRI providing your tracking number to confirm they do have the full address to help this be delivered correctly without any further delay.
