my outfit is so comfortable and stylish fits well and got a lot of compliments 5 stars the only thing that would stop me ordering again is the delivery company Evir they are so unprofessional leaving the parcel in an unsafe place not knocking your door to see if you are in or not even following instructions were to leave it safely I want to order again but this has really puts me off ordering again

I ordered my parcel last week. Says it has been delivered. However it hasn’t. Not good not ordering again from here.

I recently had an issue with returning goods. I contacted couture and had the issue rectified swiftly and efficiently without any fuss and staff member Daryn was extremely polite and helpful

We ordered a week ago. According to the tracking information it is still on its way, but no detailed information is available where the short is located and when it can be expected…..

I’m honestly appalled. I bought a hoodie thinking it would live up to the standards they portray but it bobbled after the first wear. I had worn it once for an outing and the next time I took it out to wear I noticed it had all bobbled along the sleeves and the sides. Considering the price paid and the quality expected it was not worth it.

Worse experience ever. Paid through Klarna, returned 1 item. Still have to play Klarna now because they simply won’t confirm my return. My Global-E reference number is: 0b382f0e-d6ef-41c6-a672-d48e8a524880

My complaint was very quick, which I was pleasantly surprised by.
I received sweatpants with a stain, which surprised me, considering it's such a good and expensive brand.
BUT I paid for postage and when my complaint was resolved I ordered the same product and had to pay for postage again, which made me quite upset.

Contacted Darryn from customer services with a problem and he was great. He dealt with it straight away. Good customer service will allways make me return to shop.

Nothing is ever to much trouble the customer service team are always so helpful efficient.
I had an issue with my e gift card today Daryn was so kind sorting this out so promptly.
Clothing is of exceptional quality.

I recently ordered some clothes from The Couture Club, but the sizing ended up being too big for myself. After doing a return, I had a few issues with the refund/gift card and Daryn on the Customer Service Team listened to my concerns and quickly rectified everything for me! Very grateful to him and the team for being so reasonable and offering me assistance! A great guy!!

Just returned from their Manchester Flash sale with a bag full of bargains. Top tip if you’re planning a visit, get there early if you don’t want to queue for 3 hours to get in. To be honest once I got into the venue all that waiting and queuing just melted away. Be patient with looking through the rails of clothes, take your time to find the right sizes and bargains, it’s a bit like shopping at TK Max you’ve got to put the time in.. Overall I would 100 % recommend a visit. I bought 6 tops which would have totalled at least £500 in a retail store, I only paid £75 well chuffed, will definitely go to the next one ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
