I recently contacted Charlotte at Couture Club regarding an item I had purchased from them a few years ago. As it no longer fitted, I sold it on Vinted. After the buyer received it, they questioned its authenticity and claimed it was counterfeit, even though I knew it had been purchased from Couture Club.
Charlotte was incredibly helpful from the moment I got in touch. She looked into my previous purchase promptly, thoroughly reviewed the details, and confirmed the item's authenticity. She answered all of my questions quickly, clearly, and professionally, which gave me the reassurance I needed to resolve the situation. Her attention to detail, efficiency, and excellent customer service were outstanding. I really appreciate all of her help and wouldn't hesitate to recommend both Charlotte and Couture Club.

I am so sorry to hear this. I can see the order was shopped from us on the 1st July with 3-5 working day standard delivery. Today is the 3rd working day.
I can also see that it seems the address may be incomplete when this was entered by yourself at checkout. I would suggest checking the address with the courier, is correct.

Absolutely spot on in every aspect, always been a Cole Buxton fan boy lol and have a CB translucent jacket that has seen better days, seen the Couture club version on sale and thought I’d give it a go and by god I’m so surprised by the quality and fit on this jacket, I’m definitely going to purchasing more in the future.

I am so sorry to hear you are yet to receive your order. I have checked the tracking details and can see this has not been updated since the 1st July therefore i have raised an investigation with Royal Mail and asked that they investigate why this parcel has not yet been delivered.

I want to give a really measured review. I love the couture club - their clothes are of an excellent quality and the sales are very very decent. I just find it very frustrating that they charge for handling returns. If you’re spending a decent amount on clothes charging to send them back is poor and for that reason I will not be buying any full price items

As a business I suggest mirroring returns policies that are reflective of the rest of the UK. It may be written in your terms and conditions - which no customer expects to have to read prior to purchasing from a brand - but the difficult nature of returning items to Couture Club makes the brand stand out as a particularly difficult company to buy from.
