Put a refundable deposit down of £199 on a BMW 520d, long story short I didn’t want the car anymore and they still haven’t refunded me back my money and refuse to do so. 100% DO NOT recommend Tenbys. Evidence has been attached.

We bought a car from Tenby, and we’ll where do I start… to be honest we probably should have just taken it back at first but with the diesel prices i wasn’t willing to drive 45 mins there & back. So, the car had not been checked over before selling, it seems as though they were greedy with there money grabbing skills.
We have had the car 2 weeks now, the coolant needed topping up, which we done ourselves, minor issue.
The brake discs and pads were blunt, all 4 needed replacing as a burning smell was strongly coming from the car. When we purchased the car, we noticed one of the tyres were near bold and illegal, in which Tenby offered £30 off my deposit for money for a part worn tyre.
To get home, and notice all other 3 tyres were blunt and near enough illegal, so I had all 4 replaced with only £30 towards them haha.
Lastly, the wheel balance was completely off. I took it to kwik fit for a free check, and they told me it was illegally out of place and hasn’t been aligned, which meant me having to pay for wheel alignment.
After I sent the after sales an email, the most they offered because we didn’t take the car to them was £30 off the deposit price & £48 towards the alignment we paid for. Whereas the whole lot of work cost me £600. Which left us completely out of pocket.
Oh and to add the car was dangerous to drive as we have a 4 month old.
I was in two minds to return the car, however I’m not returning the car with only being offered the £48 and they’ll have the car back with all works being done.
I’d advise anyone with buying a car here to take a mechanic with you or check your car thoroughly as they’ll just be money grabbing and not make you aware of any faults/advisories.

Where do I start. We got sold a car not fit for purpose. They didn't want to pay for the repairs so asked for the car back. They had the nerve to charge us over £200 for the millage we used looking for cheaper quotes for [them]. We are still waiting for a refund and every day is a different excuse, we are already in the legal process. PLEASE DONT USE THIS GARAGE

You brace yourself going into a car dealer. Prepare mentally for the oncoming “pushy salesmen.” And then… they don’t come. Instead, you get friendly people who don’t try to “push” anything on you. They’re helpful. They listen. They’re accommodating. I and my friends started our first car with the fruitful advice from Shani and we still keep on upgrading new cars from them with his suggestions. And we now also keeping each and everyone one of those cars as they are still value for money. Really greatful towards Shani and Tenby Carsupermarket

I have bought an Audi A5 from them and the whole buying experience was really good. Adrian was really helpful and friendly and explained me everything I needed to know, and offered me a really good price for a Premier warranty for 12 months.

Went there to buy Audi A6 Black Auto Shani was great he knew what I wanted and he made finance process so easy within an hour all done I couldn’t believe myself it’s more then a month now I went today for the mot he promised and again he was over the top with customer service definitely going to to recommend Tenby/Shani

bought a car from them been told it has a small issue with boot and a £30 clip fix been lied too all along after taking it to get the clip fixed it was major electrical faults costing hundreds in repairs I am extremely disappointed a typical lying dealership, would off saved much headaches and better off financially buying a car elsewhere.

Purchased a Mercedes c250 white with black bonnet and roof and it looked beautiful.they delivered the car to me with warning lights on the dashboard and give them there due after a few phone calls and at least 3 visits from over an hours drive and countless fuel bills the problems were resolved.then we went to tax the vehicle and found out they had given us the wrong green slip so more hassle as we couldn’t even tax our new car and drive it 😭. So basically a year later and no v5 as they gave us the wrong green slip we’ve sold the car back to them as nobody else would touch us without the v5 and they quoted 14000 if the car was as good as it looked`,after viewing the car and seeing the scuffed wheels,cracked front splitter,dodgy brakes,faulty tyre sensor, they offered me 13000 which I begrudgingly took.now it’s on sale 2 days later for £17495 in the exact same condition 🤣

Nearly bought a car it wasn’t cleaned had a flat tyre. Rough interior, alloy wheels where horrendous. We asked for this to be done and no effort what so ever was put into customer satisfaction. Never again ! 1 star is too much

Great service provided by Adrian. I brought a new car and Adrian was really professional, great asset to the company he is. The minute I walked in I was greeted by him and he showed me all the cars, answered any questions I had. Definitely recommend these guys if you are looking for a new car. It was worth the drive from London.

Non-existent after-sales, Failed to meet there own 48hr response time for a breakdown of the car after having it one week, had to have it recovered and fixed myself in the end. Zero communication and never called back when promised at any point across three salesmen that i dealt with. One of them was particularly rude, telling me he was ‘doing me a favour’ by passing a message onto after-sales as it was within 48hrs of reporting the breakdown, despite being stranded. A ‘Stack em high, Sell em cheap’ business model that obviously does not value the customer or the potential of any repeat business.Not even a hint of any kind customer service, once you drive off the forecourt your on your own......

They are all very helpful, they told me things I dint know about the car what was helpful, I took the car for a test drive, they showed me everything I needed to know, and the coffee is very nice
