Have bought from them many times with no issue. Ordered on their sale and received and email saying it was dispatched and order did not arrive, you cannot phone them, raised an issue on their website help center and have not had a response for over week, Betty the bot is bloody useless and transfers you customer services who never appear . WTF ARE YOU SUPPOSED TO Do? I guess some poor soul will have a crappy day when I have to visit their shop on Saturday…I guess this is the end of the road unless supplied by another company. What a complete shit show, I expected better

Once I got through to one of your team, my issue was resolved straight away. Amanda P was very efficient. However it took 45 minutes before I was connected with no communication as to how long it would be. This is the fourth time I’ve tried and wasted a considerable amount of time trying to connect to one of your team.

Customer service is shocking.
Held on 3 times now on the chat the last time for 37 minutes and still no reply!
Emailed 8 days ago no reply!
Good products but appalling customer service.

Horrendous customer service experience. My order was placed 10 days ago and I received an email to say it is ready to be shipped but still has not been sent. I have contacted Charlene service and have also not received a reply. Great products but this would not encourage me to shop with them again, I would prefer a refund at this stage so I can shop elsewhere.

Lovely products and great quality, but the customer service for online intems is appaling.

Chat system never works.

Processed a return a week ago, but as part of their processing missed two items, leaving me £75 out of pocket.

I notified them straight away, but no one has been in touch. I have since emailed again...NOTHING!

This isn't the first or second time either. I've had to rely on reaching out to a store to help me intervene. I have even feedback previously, but nothing seems to have changed!

I ordered a pair of shorts on line 3 weeks ago and they haven’t arrived .

The chat robots are rubbish, they don’t respond to emails and there is no telephone number to call.

I won’t order from this company again and I would be wary if you are looking to place order on line .

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Sweaty Betty. I received an email saying my parcel had been delivered, but it has not.
The tracking information from Evri has shown “due for delivery” since last Saturday, with no further updates. It has now been nearly two weeks since I placed my order, despite paying for a maximum 5-day delivery service.
I have had no direct communication from Sweaty Betty, no apology, and no support in resolving this issue. I have been waiting for two weeks to resolve this with no communication or support. For a premium brand, that is outrageous. I also tried to use the chat box on the website, but it appears to be unavailable, making it impossible to get any assistance.
Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience, and I am extremely disappointed with the level of service provided. I have requested a full refund and would appreciate confirmation once this has been processed.

Amy b was helping me, My order got lost in transit and straght away my shipping cost was refunded and a newer pair was sent out to me immediatly. I am absolutley delighted.

I’ve been a customer for years with no issues, but what has happened to this company? It’s been almost a month since i was sent a pair of khaki wide legged trousers instead of the black running leggings i ordered, and have tried multiple times to get help with this, but so far haven’t had any whatsoever.

8 days to dispatch items. Had to chase and unfortunately their chat bot message service is dire.
It doesnt do anything other than rubbish generic responses. Really unhelpful and off putting.
Dont recommend using Sweaty betty direct.

Trying for days to get through via chat and email regarding a problem with my gift card. Nobody responds on chat for a ridiculous length of time by which point I miss the reply and no reply to my email 4 days on. No number to call customer service. Poor customer service!

1. I could not use the free return. I don't know why SB should be so complicated and difficult when other retailers make it very easy.
2. Tried to contact customer service to follow up on return and refund. Waited 2hrs before getting confirmation that refund will be done.
3. Would the refund have been made if I did not follow it up?

Sweaty Betty is going downhill.

Customer service is not existent; impossible to get connected on chat and no one replies to customer service emails, with wait times for responses as per their auto replies going from three to five to seven days within a week.

Also, was sent the entirely wrong product in my recent order.

Clearly, it's a mess over there.

This is why selling out to multinationals is a mistake.

Editing to add: It took over an hour to get connected to a human on the SB chat system. They said they would send a replacement pair of trousers in the correct size. Well, they arrived today, and they are once again THE WRONG SIZE.

Appalling customer service, no number to speak to someone. I emailed and no response, tried live chat but takes hours for someone to reply, when they eventually do they give you 2 mins to respond then close the chat. The service doesn’t match the price tags of the products.

Really great customer service from Gemma K. My sweaty betty parcel was stolen after being delivered by DPD. Gemma was quick to respond and resolve this issue by giving me a full refund. Thank you for your help!

One big disaster!
First order got lost on the way to me then I have reordered same things , 6 days later my order is awaiting courier pick up how on earth do you say 3-5day delivery if 6 days later hasn’t been dispatched
How long does it take 2 weeks with items getting lost on the way , how Amazon deliver every thing with evri as well next day or within 2 day and for you it takes a week to actually get it processed get it ready for evri to collect, I paid for 3-5 days delivery not 2 weeks!

Gemma K was brilliantly helpful this morning when I'd accidentally misread the deadline for using my birthday discount. All sorted for me very promptly and I was able to get my new birthday shorts with the discount :-) Sweaty Betty stuff is so good that I barely wear anything else for the gym or for running. Thank you!

Order finally arrived, but I have to say, the quality is not what it usually is. Saying that it was very cheap in comparison to normal prices.
