My parcel was showing as delayed with no further movement, contacted the customer services team, Madeleine was fantastic and replaced my order with express delivery. Fantastic help from them.
Sweaty Betty not living up to their obligation
I bought some leggings for my partner and I paid for next day delivery. I received the leggings 5 days late! I also message SB about my dissatisfaction about paying for and not getting next day delivery and no response. Pretty poor of sweaty Betty as you shouldn’t give next day option of you can’t meet the deadline.
Delivery Failure
Excellent help trying to track my order delivery down and eventually found the parcel. Regrettably it took me a few times to try to get an answer from the chat box customer service team as no one was picking up and I was kept waiting for too long on each occasion . Would much prefer a telephone number option so that I can speak to someone .
Dreadful customer support
Spent a fair amount of money online. Unfortunately 2 sports bras and 1 pair of shorts not fit for purpose/ poor quality. Trying now to get hold of customer services to seek out how to return. No response now - just automated emails saying they will respond in 3 days, then 5 days.. and now 7 days. Can’t get hold of any human via chat service either. Dreadful customer experience. Can’t someone get in contact and advise if next steps.

Very helpful staff. I made a mistake returning an item scanned the wrong qr code, but they have quickly and politely corrected my mistake.
Clothes still missing over 3 weeks after ordering
I ordered over £150 worth of clothes but 25 days later, it still hasn't arrived. I've sent emails to customer care - no reply. I've chatted endlessly with their customer care bot and been promised a transfer to a real live human - it's not happened. Terrible service
Fraying after 6 wears, logos peeling off...WTF has happened to quality
I have now bought 3 Power Pulse bras since May 2022. 2 x white ones and 1 x black. Yesterday I submitted a complaint to the Customer Care team because I've started using one of the white and one of the black ones - and already after only 6 x 60m wearing, the white one has started showing signs of fraying on the straps. They are washed in a special cotton bag at low heat without fabric softener and are worn under an athlete vest so friction isn't the issue - I don't know what's going on lately with SB quality, 3 bits of the logo of the Power Shorts just peeled off last week on its first wear (in the heat). I've been an SB customer since 2002 when they just had their Notting Hill store, and have tops and leggings from back then that STILL hold up - but everything lately is such poor quality. Waiting on response from customer service but I'm going to guess like the response to many of these other complaints, a simple "sorry it didn't work for you" message back. DO BETTER!

Really poor customer service 4 days now still no sign of my items out for delivery i had same experience as other reviewer chat bot can't find a record of my order and then transferring me to a human with no success. Then emailed customer care and they say it takes 5 days to respond. Really poor service when you spend a lot with them. I still awaiting them to get back to me. Won't be ordering from them again.

I spent over the amount for free 3 day delivery on 20th June, 9 days later still no delivery and no notification from either Sweaty Betty or the delivery company. Buy Sweaty Betty have no way of contacting them to get a resolution. They only offer their "Chat" facility which took my details and said it was transferring me to a human, but that was at 12.20, its 15.13 now and the chat just says that it's left the conversation, there's no way for me to continue the conversation and the "transferring" text is just cycling with no resolution. From now on I will only buy from companies that take Customer Care seriously with a direct human contact easily available. I will now cancel the order via my credit card.

Just had a live chat with customer service and spoke to Charlotte C. Needed help with a return and she was able to cancel my original return and complete a new one for me. Excellent customer service as always from SB.
Customer Service questionable
I love, love, love their sportswear and as a person who is in the gym alot I generally wear nothing else, I have more than 12 pairs of their leggings, though I have tried other brands.
However, their customer service is abysmal and considering the cost of their products, it should not be. The chat bot is awful and the transfer to a customer service agent takes forever. Once you get through they are ineffective.
I ordered full length leggings instead of 7/8. Almost as soon as I paid I realised and contacted them asking them to cancel or change the order. There systems do not allow this which means it has to come all the way to me for me to return. What kind of carbon footprint is that creating.
This is not first time I have had an issue last time it took forever to get a response. In the past their Customer service was quite good now it will make me think twice about ordering from them anymore.

Horrendous customer support
Horrendous customer support. They act like they are making you a favour for letting you buy their stuff. Their prices are high, quality is going downhill and yet they are one of the least helpful CS that you can find. My order was a few good days late and all they did was to send me a tracking link over and over again- cheers, I can read

Oh and highly recommend soft yoga leggings, had them for years, now was the time to get a new pair.

Always great customer service at Sweaty Betty - I shop here frequently and although I don’t often have to contact their team, when I do they are always friendly and quick to sort out any issues I’ve had. Their leggings, although pricey, are my favourite brand by far, and they are great quality and super comfortable! I would always recommend them!
Disappointing lack of customer service
I love the products from Sweaty Betty - they're great quality and lovely to wear. However, customer service has really let me down. I tried to purchase some goods from them and the money was taken out of my account (twice) but the transaction didn't go through. Sweaty Betty now owe me almost £200. I have tried to contact customer service and have received no response to my email whatsoever. (They say they take three days to reply; it has now been three days.) When I try to use the Customer Chat to connect to a member of staff, I keep receiving an error message. There doesn't seem to be any phone number I can use to call the company directly.

Free returns are a lie and scam
They advertise free returns. So I bought items, they were too small. I arrange return and it says to go to a Fedex Depot. There are only 5 in all of Ireland the nearest one is 2 hours drive. It says collection with FedEx but there is no option on the Fedex website. This is a SCAM, I did not expect a reputable company such as this to do this. On their online chat I am being sent the same reply by the ai chatbot, it is useless. I spent over €100, it is too much money. I need to return the items for free as advertised.
