Great jacket
Great jacket. This is my third jacket of the same similar model I have bought from superdry and I love the quality. It last me a while. Though I would say after few years of use it does take some wear and tear but still usable.
I recommend it. Personally I love how its thin and comes with 3 layers. Without appearing as puffy like most jackets.

Absolutely horrible
Absolutely horrible. Trying to intiate a return and I am not getting a hold of any customer service rep. SLA for reply is over 7 days. They are also not processing returns as their return portal is depreciated. THis is extremely bad customer experience

I am so happy with the jacket

City Fishtail Padded Parka| Warm but needs a bigger hood
Nice & warm coat! BUT, the hood on City Fishtail Padded Parka is very small and doesn’t keep your head warm with a hat. I’m 5’5”, shorter than the 5’8” model so I expected the coat to fit perfectly.

I received my order damaged
I received my order damaged. There was a complete button missing from my jacket that I purchased for over $200. I tried to reach out to super dry and of course I haven’t gotten no response and it has been over a week.
