This has been a terrible program from day 1. The response time is awful, having to through to additional tests and screening is outside of what any other provider asks and the clinicians allow you no input. I’ve wasted months of money with absolutely no results and when I tried to cancel I was insulted by the number of times I was resent the contract that I signed. It’s a shame a company of this size holds consumers to a contract but doesn’t live up to what you’re signing up for and paying for. I would encourage every person considering this plan to not sign up and go somewhere else.

Starting to see some differences. Scale and clothes. The “pill” is a slow down, of which, I wish I knew ahead of time. I was ready to throw in the towel, but
My hubby encouraged me to continue.

I think pricing should be upfront. Let people know they don't help with insurance verification fur lab work. I have to pay out if pocket and it's expensive.

Communication is glacial. Often taking days for any kind of response. It took nearly THREE months for me to get my first supply of the medication. I deeply regret signing up for this program.

It’s been great so far! Thaving all the support from nutritionist, trainer and even MDs who have helped me in this process has been fantastic. I love all the workout videos because I haven’t exercised in so long. I also Love and how flexible the program is.
And the super fast response it’s also appreciating it.

Don’t like that you can’t cancel if you no longer want the service because it’s not working.

Excellent app for weight loss with GLP-1. You will get medication from Lilly! Easy communication with practitioner and care team.

WW made it very easy for me to get the Wegovy pill. Their communication is excellent and someone always gets back to me when I have questions. I trust them to guide me through this new experience and help me to meet my goals.

Quick response and attention.

I've been disappointed with the communication in the Med+ program. It would be very helpful to see a full description of the process that is used from initial sign-up to medications, and refills. Also, WW really needs to support the new GLP-1 bridge program available to Medicare Part D participants.

So expensive

It takes a really long time to get answers on medications. I paid for a month without answers on the medications, and the refill process is taking a very long time as well. I appreciate that there's a care coordinator, but it just seems like I have to jump through a lot of hoops for what I though was convenient and safe access to affordable GLP-1s.

Everyone is extremely helpful and it’s a very easy process. My only complaint is that sometimes it’s a little hard to navigate sometimes, especially when I was trying to pick which medication I wanted I was confused on how to tell what was covered and if I was paying for it as soon as I clicked yes.

They hook people in with promotions and add contracts in the small print. Then as the consumer your left with feeling trapped. Its a slimy way to run a business.
