Everyone is extremely helpful and it’s a very easy process. My only complaint is that sometimes it’s a little hard to navigate sometimes, especially when I was trying to pick which medication I wanted I was confused on how to tell what was covered and if I was paying for it as soon as I clicked yes.

They hook people in with promotions and add contracts in the small print. Then as the consumer your left with feeling trapped. Its a slimy way to run a business.

Where to start?! Your onboarding experience was awful. It shouldn't take a whole month to just get information transferred. I wasted my first month of membership just to get that done. Secondly, having full months at the lower dosages, especially when they aren't having the desired effect, should be adjusted. Maybe 2 weeks at the lower dosages as long as the person is tolerating the meds well. Third, it is ridiculous that as big an organization as you are, that it takes your clinicians several days to respond! What if I was having serious problems?! There is no other means of communication! Fourth, in my case, I started on month to month. When I went to renew for my second month, a pop up window gave me the option of renewing at $44/mo. I took that option but come to find out 2 months later it was for a different plan and I had been being charged $149/month! Again, this was not clear on your website! I feel baited and switched and will malign WW to everyone I know. I lost over $600 but NOT ONE POUND in this experience.

This is my 3rd time actively participating in a Weight Watchers program. This go round the app is so sophisticated and easy to use. The volume of services and recipes available is amazing. I've also used the services available with a nutritional counselor. I'm pleased with my personal progress so far and looking forward to meeting my health goals!

It really works. The point system keeps me mindful of what I am eating .

I do appreciate teh care team interactions but I don't like having to have the regular membership at $100/month then also have to pay the medication cost. I don't use the regular membership side of the app at all.

The med program is very confusing and not convenient - both times I had meds filled it took a week to 10 days for them to ship. This time I had a lapse in meds. I shoukd Have just done this through my Dr. very disappointing.

I have been a Lifetme Member of WW since 1981. I have gone through a lot of different programs. I decided I wanted to try the Med + program. I had never used Zoom before but was able to access it to talk to my medical provider. I have completed my first month of Wegovy pills and waiting for my second to be delivered. I like being more on my own and not attending meetings though meetings seem to be few anymore.

Took much too long to get my prescription for the amount I pay for the monthly app fee.

So far I am very satisfied. 10lbs down in less than a month. Easy to follow

Great having a wonderful experience

I love my care provider on the APP but the APP is not a workable choice for me. I am 62 years old and don't have great eye sight. I really need this to be conducted on my laptop computer and not on my phone. Daily interaction would be easier that way.

I feel like I have started the medication but not started the weight loss program.

I am very busy with 2 jobs.

Have trouble adding days I missed. Including meds. When in areas for few days withy cell service it won’t let me go back and journal what I missed. Otherwise enjoying experience so far.

I am still waiting on my refill. I am probably gaining the 10 lbs. back that I lost. Hopefully not. I asked for tracking on the refill, and the person in the chat said "we offer 1.5 and 4.0".. So it is like they didn't even read my question. I can't tell how to track the pills from the AP.

I am happy so far with the the fitness program! I like that the tracking is very easy! I haven’t been on the program long but looking forward to great success!

I really like the WW app. I appreciate how you listen to us when we let you know what is working or not working and how you are able and willing to make those changes for the better. Thank you for that, it is super helpful. I do have one request in the GLP program: In the weigh-in section why doesn't it show the total lbs lost? It only shows weigh-in to weigh-in and not the total lbs. lost. I can add in my head for now because I am just starting but when I get to "Losing Big" :) it will become difficult to keep track of the total. Other than that I think the WW/GLP app is awesome.

It's been great, but I didn't realize I had to go on the app to get a refill and now I'm gonna be a few days
