hotel was nice, staff friendly and food was good. coach was clean and comfortable. drivers were very good and mostly on time. excursions were good, but not enough time at ironbridge. very good value for money. certainly travel with them again. would of been nice to have some evening entertainment.

We traveled in taxi and coach which were comfortable with good drivers the hotel was central and clean but having no toilet facilities on ground floor was inconvenient to many never known hotel not to provide that.Excursions good maybe bit more information about venue.

A great and fully occupied trip. With several negative comments.
1. No evening entertainment.
2. Visits to several places that were not on the advertised schedule. (Nice to know in advance so can do some research.)

Unfortunately this hotel does not provide evening entertainment which is why we do not state any in our brochure or on-line. Due to issues with the Severn Valley Railway there were late changes to the itinerary but we acknowledge your comments about knowing in advance.

Snowdonia and the river in the sky
This was our third coach holiday with Sunrise and each one was very pleasant.
The latest one was to Snowdonia and the river in the sky. Our driver from Cambridge was Kyle and he was excellent. The hotel in Mold was pleasant and the food was good. Staff very pleasant. We were fortunate to have nice weather on our days out to Snowdonia and the canal boat trip over the Pontcysyllte Aqueduct. A bit of rain in Chester but still a nice day out. All in all a very pleasant holiday.

Keukenhof Tulips and Hotel
Transfer was excellent from our local town to Lakeside On to main coach, arrived in Valkenburg late afternoon. Lovely hotel in Valkenburg breakfast was great plenty of choice including hot dishes. Evening meal choice of fish or meat. Soup for starter with bread . However I feel the evening meal could have been better quality.
Excursions as described. Overall a reasonable 5 days break

Sunrise Success.…
The whole trip to the IOW was excellent. The driver-Phil- was most helpful-what ever we asked about! The hotel en suites and the food were very good. The one and only lift was rather old and too small---they could do with a new one. I will certainly travel with them again.

Everything
Everything was sorted for us, the pick up points, drop offs, the food at the hotel, the trips. It is literally all inclusive, which is exactly what I wanted for a holiday. The Grand hotel was impressive, some might say the interior dated and lacking in amenities, but to me this was part of the charm and somehow there was a touch of decadence about it.

had a lovely time hotel ok nice and clean meals were waiter service and very nice choice .entertainment good but only two nights would have like 4 as i go on my own and like to dance .coach comfortable and the driver as always very nice and helpful .in all a very nice 5 days away

Had great holiday
Had great holiday, Sandown ,Isle of white. The Royal hotel was nice, rooms small but clean, staff very nice,food good. Trips out good, only complaint, coach didn't have alot of leg room, and backs of chairs to high. Felt closed in. But over all good. You get what you pay for.

The lift at the hotel was out of order…
The lift at the hotel was out of order all of our stay which was a big problem for my husband who has Osteoarthritis in both ankle, especially as the dining room is in the basement and we were on the first floor. Room lovely and food very good.

The journey was too long
The journey was too long, left weymouth 9.30am got home 8pm need pickup near to canvey area. we went East before going West
Hotel & staff were very good, driver was excellent, but when we got to hotel told LIFT was not working, after climbing 2 floors nearly had coronary, hotel provided me with a ground floor room

Hotel was good but the food or lack of it ,bacon was dry,evening meals, well no plates one night,chops dry 2 nights, no veg had to wait for it to cook ,was told to take chips and come back in 10 minutes, no pudding one night,very dissapointed, we watched some people take 3 chops, and same person have 3 puddings Would be better if it was served, The driver made the holiday very happy,and he knew a lot about places we went to.

Enjoyed the holiday and excursions the only downsides were the food and extra small bathroom in room 121 the bar staff and entertainment was very good food got a bit better last 2 nights must admit it was the worst sunrise food holiday l have had over the years but onwards and upwards lt won't stop me as thinking of next 2 hols. Just one of those unfortunate things

Good driver very friendly and very knowledgeable. Itiinery was very good and the trip to bath when we had the option to pay a little extra to have a guide. This made all the difference finding out all the past of bath.
