Really enjoyed this holiday best I've been on for a long time, all the staff from the coach drivers to the cleaning team were very friendly and helpful, will definitely be back

Second trip with Lochs and Glens . Can’t fault it for value for money . Staff are a credit to the company , everybody welcoming , polite and make you feel like a family . Can’t wait to book another trip !

The long journey in both directions was smooth from pickup to drop off. The hotel was excellent and our room - which was by chance an accessible room - was enormous. The staff (from all over the world ) were cheerful and efficient. Meals far better than expected.
As it was our first trip, the excursions were interesting but everyone goes to Inverary and without time to visit the castle one would ask why.
Yes, it's all a bit regimented but brilliant value for money.

Holiday with Lochs and Glens was great, unfortunately no whiskey distillery tour which we had expected, no visit to Gretna Green, Loch Linnhe by boat was short and could have been longer, coach driver stopped at Glencoe for a chance to take photos in the pouring rain, a complete waste of time. Hotel was great but not much care for the disabled especially at meal time having to navigate stairs up to tables. However would use Lochs & Glen's again.

Extremely well organised.Friendly informative drivers, Clean coaches,clean rooms, good food...plenty of choice. Entertainment nightly and interesting excursions.

Everything was so well organised

First time at Hotel Tummel very disappointed at level of service Room linen on bed unclean and stained possibly blood smelled of alcohol and body odor Bathroom soap dispenser fell off wall when I showered on to my foot. Toilet not cleaned properly shower curtain had stains on possibly mold musty smell in room.
I opened windows on arrival to air room reported to reception very dismissive response Brought my own milk and gave to kitchen staff labelled with name room number but they didn't put it on my table until Thursday am.Had to remind them about it and shortage of tea toast butter etc on table of 4 I think the staff and manager could do with more training The food was okay but I have stayed at 3 other of lochs and Glens hotels and never experienced what I had at hotel Tummel Won't be coming back again Beautiful scenery looked a lovely building but once inside a different story Trips excellent coach high quality (facilities on board excellent)drivers excellent case handers excellent Some staff very good customer service I usually come back wishing I could stay there forever but not this time. Could mention other things that happened beyond your control .

Loch awe hotel is a beautiful hotel with outstanding views.The staff were great very friendly and helpful. The food was lovely. The driver was Steve and he was friendly and helpful. Would recommend to friends and family. The rooms were clean . The trips were very well organised. Looking forward to another holiday at loch awe and lots and glens

Would liked to have had a few local trips maybe Collander and Loch Katrine would be nice as a lot of trips a hour or so away..but overall a great first experience..looking to book again.

I booked my 1st ever coach trip with Lochs and Glens and wish I had done it years ago. I stayed at Loch Awe, which is as impressive as it sounds. Sitting right on the edge of the Loch, with magnificent views on the doorstep and I am told from some of the rooms. Unfortunately I was given room 120 initially and had read about it from other reviews. None of them had a good word to say about it and I now know why. I think it must be above the kitchen as it has an extractor fan on a wall below the window. You can hear that and smell cooking food. The view is of a wall and a flat roof.
So, I asked if it was possible to change rooms and fortunately there were alternatives as the coach was not full. The second room looked out onto the road but that was not a problem, I was just glad to be out of room 120. I think it would have spoiled my holiday altogether if I had not been able to move, and i'm surprised that it is even offered as anything other than a last resort.
The hotel has lots of character and is well furnished,it's actually fairly warm and cosy for such a large building.
The trip was smooth from start to finish and we were all looked after very well by our coach driver Steve who had all the information you could possibly need while on the excursions; along with a great sense of humour. The food was good and well presented and the serving staff were happy to try to provide alternatives on request. The dining arrangements meant that you kept the same seat throughout which was nice as you got to know other guests. The excursions were excellent as they had a variety of picturesque locations and opportunities to explore. Unfortunately we were not able to stop at Glencoe as there simply wasn't space to park safely - I can see why it's so popular, it's magnificent.

I have already booked another trip, but be warned the spaces go very quickly.

Great driver, plenty of information. Hotel great, friendly, helpfull staff. Good choice of food at meal times and good helpings. Journey to Scotland and back plus day trips out went smoothly with plenty of stops.

I thought that everything was planned and run very efficiently including the hotel. The food was excellent. Jo the driver was very informative and was very funny and entertaining.
It was my first time with you and I will certainly be booking another trip in the future.

Everything from pick up in Dartford to the standard of the rooms the friendliness and efficiency of the staff and the food was faultless. The cost of drinks at the bar and restaurant were very reasonable.

Comfortable hotel, good choice breakfast and dinner menus. Driver friendly and a good crowd on holiday.

The hotel and staff were great, all very efficient. The excursions were good in the main, but I felt that we sometimes had pointless stops added on to the end of the day for up to an hour, I would have preferred to get back to the hotel and have more time to relax and enjoy the walks around the hotel, but the only way to do this was to pass on one of the excursions

The Trip in itself and the accommodations were quite good. I do not believe that the excursions away from the hotel were particularly interesting and inviting. This review may be a result of the location and the time of the year that I chose to go.

While not 100% satisfied with this Trip, I do plan to go on another with Lochs & Glens at a later date. However, I will chose a different location with attractions near the hotel.
