We were delighted with the service provided by Hamish Spencer-Nairn and Amy McMenemy in the Perth Office. They were very responsive to our queries and nothing was too much trouble! The key exchange was seamless and the post-sale communication has been excellent. We would have no doubt in engaging Strutt & Parker to deal with the sale of our home in the future.

I cannot recommend Andrew Sartain at the Newbury office highly enough. Communication, understanding and support were excellent. And when completion was due so near to Christmas, he kept me calm and did everything possible to resolve the issues in the chain.

From the very beginning, Annabel has been outstanding. Her communication has been consistently clear, responsive, and proactive - she was always willing to come and view the flat whenever I needed reassurance, which made a huge difference throughout the process.

She was excellent on the phone, quick to follow up, and incredibly reliable when it came to handling references and keeping everything moving smoothly. Beyond that, she brings such a warm, approachable presence that immediately puts you at ease.

Annabel has been genuinely helpful at every stage, going above and beyond what you would normally expect. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with her again on any property - she’s absolutely brilliant.

Update - I was finally contacted by AndrewHarwood on Tuesday 12th. He was suitably apologetic and arranged to come to appraise our home personally on the 13th which he did in a very professional manner. On this basis, I have upgraded my review from 1 star to 4. Contacted Nicholas on chat service twice, 02nd and 05th Mar to arrange a visit by one of their valuers. No one called back in response to either contact. I was surprised and disappointed and so sent an e-mail to Andrew Harwood on 06th Mar, their Residential Director in Sevenoaks to make him aware and ask someone to call me as matter or urgency. No call back as of 09th Mar. Shocking. If that's how they deal with Sellers, what opportunities being missed with potential buyers??

Sophia Fuller, Farren Mitchell and team in the Suffolk branch were absolutely fantastic! We had used several estate agents before who were not comparable to this standard of professionalism at all. Their professionalism, helpfulness, and responsiveness was outstanding and they were above and beyond with communication and keeping us in the loop. Highly highly recommend. The handholding when I was an overly anxious seller waiting for missives to conclude was second to none. Amy in particular shone at making sure I was 100 percent in the loop and clear about next steps.

Edward Thomson of Strutt and Parker is the real deal in a tank full of sharks in the London real estate market. His advice when I bought a short-lease apartment in Cadogan Place was invaluable. I have since gone on to refurbish the property and extended the lease to create some real value. I’d trust Ed, whether on the buy or sell side. He’s in it for the long-term, and repeat business is his goal. A relationship, not just a quick fling!

I am a solicitor and I worked with Edward Church on a high value purchase for a client of mine. Edward was efficient, courteous and proactive, and collaborative in his approach to the agency side of things, which helped lead to a successful outcome meeting the client's timing requirements. We had a wonderful experience with Strutt & Parker but specifically Charles. As first-time buyers, Charles made the process as straightforward as possible and was always at the end of the line for any questions that we had, making a somewhat otherwise daunting experience feel exciting and manageable.

We have bought and sold property in a number of different countries, but it's a while since we bought in London. Even though Sarah was acting for the vendor, she was extremely helpful to us throughout the entire process, making valuable introductions to local experts and contractors.
Most importantly, Sarah was open, transparent and very communicative throughout the entire purchase process.
Sarah is absolutely one of if not the best agent we have come across and we would highly recommend her whether buying or selling.

We recently bought a property marketed by the Perth Branch and although we were not specifically their “clients” (as they were acting for the seller), we found them to be so friendly, helpful and accommodating.
The two staff members that we dealt with were Hamish and Amy and honestly, having a phone conversation, or email with either of them was like talking to an old friend. So welcoming and accommodating with great liaison between themselves and their sellers (the sellers were actually amazing too, going above and beyond to make life easier for us which was very much appreciated).
We’ve never used S & P to market any of our houses (we’ve had a few and mostly self marketed ;-)), but if we are ever in need of an estate agency in the future, I’d definitely give the Perth branch of S&P serious consideration.
